Room was good price was good and bar open for residents till 2 30 am

Lift out of order and was on second floor

room was ready when we arrived early which was great! great location beside train station and restaurants.

Very reasonable staff throughout our stay.

In a very dated room, chain on door didn't have anything to connect to, enamel in bath pretty much gone with loose towel rail. Curtain in room had gaps so bright lights coming into room.

Room was ok but not at all well maintained or very clean. Obvious stains and dirty marks on the carpet and curtains. Wallpaper hanging off at parts. I didn't use the shower as it was not at all clean, it was quite dirty. I had continuous issues with the keycard entry to the room. It would continuously not work and would take several attempts to get it to open the room door every time.

cheap and close to the station. The staff were genuine and helpful.

There were mice in my room. The breakfast food was not worth the price, you're better off going into the city.

It's a third time I booked a room, here, and I'll book a room, again, in future, if return to Glasgow.

Rooms floor uneven. Carpet threadbear. Floor tile loose held down with black duct tape. Wall tiles grout missing or black. Bed old and uncomfortable Room facing hope st. Could hear all traffic and pedestrians all night. Well over priced £90 for that....won't be back all all

great location and the front desk person brought my suitcase up to the room because the lift is not working. Seems like it hasn't been working for several months so do not assume it will be. The room was comfy if a bit small. But I was there for convenience to the train station and that was perfect. There are a lot of restaurants and stores nearby. The room was clean and the bed comfortable if a little soft. I would stay there again.

The lack of a lift is a real downer. I couldn't figure out how to use the bedside lamp. Not sure if it was broken or I'm just a bit challenged in the lighting department.

Everything was excellent. The only thing that troubled me was the lift not working as I am 70 years old. Not the first time we have stayed there and it certainly won't be the last

After a long journey with unforeseen delays. It was good to find somewhere close to the train station to rest before the next days travel.The room was warm, and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was beautifully presented, and appreciated.

The room had character, well worn, tired, and outdated. A little rough around the edges. I liked it.No complaints.

No breakfast after paying for b&b, when trying to get a refund I had to message hotel. Hotel won't do a bank transfer wanted all my card details including the cvv number. I declined. Will put it down to a bad experience.

Excellent location. Great value for money, rooms are very clean

Breakfast was poor, very little choice and food appeared to have been sitting for a while and not good value for money

The bedroom could do with upgrading the carpet was worn and badly marked, the bed was clean but uncomfortable, the pillows were so flat and uncomfortable , some of the bathroom the tiles needed replaced it might just have been our room but definitely needs upgrading

Location location location, it's perfect, especially for an early train. At the price we booked, it was very reasonable.

Very tired rooms. No way 3 star. Clean enough, but decades out of date.
