The shower was amazing! The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was lovely.
The room was a bit small.
Modern feel.
“Upgraded” from twin room to double with sofa bed. Therefore instead of two actual beds, one of us was then stuck with a sofa bed - which had a broken lat underneath. I also found beer bottle tops & used makeup brushes done the side of the sofa bed when trying to retrieve my phone.
My fourth time l have stayed here over the last 5 years. Location is excellent. The hotel is always well presented, clean, warm and comfortable.
I thought l had booked a double bed (could be wrong) only to have 2 single bed’s. Again happy to be corrected if l am mistaken.
Excellent stay ideal location for us great breakfast aswell room was great to cheers
The location is great we were at a concert in the hydro and is a 5 min car journey or a 20 min walk
Very friendly staff, lovely room, very clean
Room could have been a bit bigger
The property was in a good location. The rooms were clean and had the essentials needed. The lobby decor was cool and unique.
The bedrooms were extremely hot and the thermostat on the wall kept returning to 20 degrees even when turned down to cool. The camp/sofa bed was set up as a second bed for the third guest in the room, however it dipped in the middle and was rather uncomfortable and squeaky, making noise with every turn. The bathroom shower overfilled the bath tray, meaning the water leaked and ran all over the bathroom floor. When we alerted staff, we were told, “you should have called reception right away and told us sooner, as it can cause damage to the rooms”. No apology, nothing offered for the inconvenience, no “thanks for letting us know.”
The location the night staff 2 ladies working around midnight on sat 21-22 feb very kind friendly and helpful
Firstly i travelled with my 19 yr old daughter and as it was her 19 bday gift i got the family room so we both cld have a double bed hers being the sofa...It wasnt flat???? Was a big dip in it she didnt sleep well at all either night. The drama to use the tiny wardrobe was im lost for words here but ill find some.... the location of the sofa bed meant once you opened the wardrobe door you could not walk around you had to knee on the bed to put the clothes inside what a joke... not a funny one.By the first morning i was bored of walking sideways past her sofa bed then mine because there wasnt enough space to walk normally lol and the tv on the wall just made it that touch more difficult as if walking sideways wasnt stupid enough.
Bed, breakfeast, lounge area, bathroom
Hotel was clean and nicely styled. Room was comfy. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Not much. It was as good as it needed to be for a single night stay in Glasgow.
Good location. Pleasant staff. Nice breakfast and liked the in house coffee shop
Room was very nice, window was poor, but I didn’t need it.
Staff & the room
Plenty of space. Nice size tv. Bathroom clean and tidy. Loved the laptop desk for the bed as that came in handy for me doing work on laptop. Just a nice room
Location was great, 5 minute walk into Glasgow city centre and right across from train station. Room was big and lovely bathroom
The mattress was rock solid. I woke up in middle of the night in pain in my back and shoulder. Pretty restless sleep due to this
Location
Room cold lifts don't work properly and toilet wouldn't flush properly cold shower
Good location, spacious room
Very cold room - sitting in the chair with our coats on. Bedding quality and thickness inadequate. Given a small heater when we contacted reception but no follow up or concern
Bar service and staff was friendly and helpful.
Menu was limited.
