Friendly staff and great location for the OVO arena

Air con a little noisy

Again another exceptional hotel so comfortable and beautiful views from the room l wanted abit dull but blended in. I haven't been using the pool but its all included sorry l haven't been to the gym either. You have everything you need from wonderful staff and all it includes a tray of breakfast to your room . Access Lounge is amazing with food and drink its got everything l want and more peace to just relax.

Location and facilities good

Beds weren’t very comfortable, instead of singles could do two doubles in a twin room.

Hotel was dirty. Our room was not cleaned, even after asking!

I paid extra for a luxury queen bed with view. The ‘Queen bed’ was just two single beds pushed together which is rather uncomfortable for the person who has to lie on the join- otherwise you might as well have 2 single beds.

Great location near the OVO hydro.Friendly reception and breakfast staff. Clean and comfortable room . Lively atmosphere. Nice view of the Clyde river.

The only thing that I can suggest is more bar / waiting staff needed in the bar area in the evenings as there were long queues to order drinks and food .

Very noisy with people coming out of their rooms at all hours and slamming their doors. I know this isnt the hotels fault, but soft closing doors would help a lot!

The room was a good size and had everything you could need such as safe, iron, hairdryer etc. Space to work and a comfortable bed. Gym small but had all the essentials.

Could have done with more milk sachets (only had 1) however reception were happy to provide more when asked.

close to OVO - perfect for the concert

slow bar service and mandatory service charge on drinks bought at bar. Seems cheeky.

Staff were helpful. Position by the river was good. Easy to get taxis.

Heating system fan was noisy which meant we couldn't switch it on when it was quite cold. Not enough towels for 2 people.

Brilliant location,good for Ovo but also really nice setting and views.

I was disappointed they only had a few baguettes on their room service menu late at night as it advertised 24 hour room service.

Comfortable room, good bathroom, excellent and extensive buffet breakfast and pleasant, helpful staff.

No heating in our room (but a portable heater was soon supplied), broken plug in the wash hand basin and some noise from the heavy doors to the nearby lift lobby.

Very central to ovo

We were In Room 422 up all night with pipes gurgling all night so missed breakfast we paid for but missed as tired only 1 towel for 2 guests but toilet needed flushed about 10 times before taking away toilet paper ect

Nice relaxing atmosphere. Had a girl singing when we were there . Was a nice touch

Very comfortable room - clean and tidy. Breakfast first class. Location excellent - great value for the price I paid.

Was put next to a lift where the corridor door kept on shutting hard therefore had very little sleep

The lift situation was awful. I know there was 1 lift not working which is fine but it took forever to get down . Literally stopped at every floor for no one.

We were going to the science centre the following day so the location was good for that as it was just across the street. The hotel itself is quite expensive for what you get. The rooms are basic, there's only 2 elevators in the hotel, which in my opinion isn't enough considering how big it is. Sometimes people were waiting 20 mins as they were on the higher floors. For parking and 2 adult and 1 breakfast it was £58 again a bit on the steep side, the breakfast was nice but just your usual hotel breakfast. Overall our stay was ok, but I think to keep its premium name it needs a bit of work done inside.

Breakfast was nice but over priced. The view from the room was nice.
