Pros +
- Clean, great staff, great food
- The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bar was great. Again staff friendly, polite and professional.
- Exceptional
Cons -
- The breakfast room was a bit dark
- For the money I paid for the king executive there was only 2 bottles of beer in the minibar.
- Late check-in with no explanation why, When we eventually got into the room it wasn't clean the carpet was soaking and a powder was on the carpet , in my opinion someone was most probably sick on the floor and that was the reason for late check-in, I find this poor as I paid for the signature suite so expected a better experience, when we contacted reception I was told they could do nothing because we booked through booking.com. with this I will no longer use booking.com going forward as there seems to be no benefit when problems occur Thanks Paul

Everything was lovely to the eye
My girlfriend and I have both got spots/rash I’m assuming from the bed as I have them on my front and I sleep on my front and she has them on her back and she sleeps on her back
Very comfortable and well laid out rooms , quiet and clean also Staff all extremely helpful and welcoming
Location is slightly further out than some may like but overall is still a good location , only assessment being made by me travelling on foot from the central train station
We stayed in one of the Signature Suites and it was worth every penny. Immaculately clean, big comfortable bed, fully stocked coffee bar and complimentary mini fridge. I’m expecting and my husband doesn’t drink so the team very kindly replaced the alcohol with alcohol-free beers and soft drinks for us which was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
It was a wonderful room, everything was very clean. Great amenities such as the two bottles of water, cookies and coffee. Additionally great amenities in the bathroom. The bed was large and comfortable and the pillows were great as well. We never heard any noise from outside additionally a thumbs up to the dimmable lighting!
Nothing really. Perhaps the large hill on the walk from Glasgow Queen St station to hotel but nothing the hotel can control. We had a wonderful stay!
We stayed on a room only basis as the hotel is situated close to the city centre. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was spacious with a generous sized bathroom. We arrived early due to the flight time and our room was available. The staff were really friendly, helpful and accommodating.
Nothing to comment on
Rooms were spacious and clean
Maybe a little far out the opposite direction of the main areas for us
Lovely boutique feel, staff were super friendly and helpful.
So much sauce on the eggs Benedict it was inedible but other peoples breakfast looked nice
Clean, convenient and great service
Very polite and helpful staff. Excellent food and drinks. Spacious and very quiet room. The bar is absolutely top-notch in every way.
Cleaning but staff were quick to resolve my issue.
Everything
Parking spot outside the hotel could’ve been a little bit better in terms of the barrier, my car was a bit low down and it scraped the bottom and the bumper of my car
Clean and comfortable and nice staff
Location isn’t great. It lacks any soul.
Breakfast was really good and the staff were efficient and very friendly..
I booked an executive room which had great floor space and the layout was really good.. the only disappointment was the complimentary mini bar.. When I opened it it had two bottles of water one can of full strength coke one Diet Coke one can of fever tree tonic.. a semi skimmed milk one small packet of nuts a packet of fruit snacks.. and two bottles of beer.. I don’t drink so I asked to swap them for another two bottles of water.. I didn’t expect a volume of alcoholic drinks but I did expect some other alcoholic option for my wife..
Staff particularly in the bar and breakfast service were really excellent. The rooms are also good - clean, spacious and quality bedlinen
The access to gym was complicated and ineffective which was disappointing. The wait time for breakfast was definitely too long and when it arrived my breakfast was cold.
Discreet, quiet, calm, good location, chilled, stylish, bed very comfortable, sound insulation good,
Asked for card on arrival for a £50 deposit, assuming this was for minibar but fridge was empty. Refunded within a few days. Some surface furniture was stained, carpet had stains, and coffee machine was dusty.
Lovely hotel in the centre of Glasgow
The room was a bit dark not good for applying makeup,
Location and rooms were amazing cannot fault it at all.Staff were so friendly
Pillows were a little too soft on the beds.Could have had a gym or some other facilities
