Location

Room was very dark. When checking out there was some confusion and no one seemed to know what was going on. When checking in, our room was ready but it was before 3pm so if we wanted to check in early we had to pay an extra fee.

Room was very nice and clean

Paid for an upgraded room and advertised as complimentary spa main reason for the upgrade and was told at the front desk that I couldn’t get as it was fully booked but still had to pay the full price I paid

Room was cute

Sauna wasn’t hot, may as well of been a group of naked people in a room

was overpriced for the twin room but it was valentines weekend, and have noticed the room rates lower since. a fairly compact room. shower room nice, shower was fine. room very clean.

Everything, 5 minute walk to Glasgow Central Station. The bar is brilliant and the rooms are modern and clean.

Would have preferred a better view not looking into offices . Didn’t feel could leave curtains open.

Booked this hotel for the spa and when you arrived we were told there was no extra booking for the spa. Also the hotel was dirty. Wouldn’t stay again.

One of the most comfortable beds i have slept in, in a hotel. So clean and cosy! Was staying for a gig in glasgow but will be coming back to this hotel in future for a relaxing night off!

The view from the room we had was awful but it didnt matter too much as the room was so lovely.

The food was lovely the wellness spa was good but wasn't tidy ie used towels everywhere.

Fire alarm went off and my partner has mobility issues and no one came to assist

breakfast was great and as much as you want to eat. The room was great and comfortable with everything you needed supplied. tea and coffee making facilities , TV toiletries, enough towels etc. comphy large superking bed

Great location, close to central station and walking distances to plenty of shops & restaurants. Rooms were clean and spacious, comfortable.

We were in room 104 (paid to upgrade to this room) and there is a fire door on the ground floor that bangs every time someone enters the hotel, we could hear it in our room every single time. It was a shame really because other than that we enjoyed our stay but at nearly £400 for 2 nights with the upgrade, this was disappointing.

Room 203 very cramped. And room signage in corridors is awful.

The staff and the spa

The rooms were tiny, I got the club king room and the room wasn’t the best in terms of the stature of club king room, dissatisfied by that.

The room and shower room was clean and tidy, in good condition

Breakfast coffee had no taste and the eggs were not so good - scrambled eggs were quite solid, not light and fluffy

This is the second time we have been it’s handy from central station and clean. The rooms are nice and comfortable

Central location, comfortable beds, friendly.

Terrible noise from the hotel generator made it impossible to open the window. Brown water running from the taps. Air con didn’t work properly.
