- Great location. Price for stay in this area was fantastic. Staff friendly and helpful. Plenty choice at Bfast. Bed was comfy and nice warm duvet as it was a freezing night.

- Hotel is being renovated so there was paint and dust sheets everywhere but this cant b helped and there are notices up explaining this to you.
- Room #7 above dish area of kitchen and you're woken by it Bathroom was that of a tenement: cracked tile,mildew smelly shower,run down. Faux bedspread had a stain on it;the comforter was stained and not long enough. Door not proper&kept banging Cold R

The included breakfast was well laid out. This is NOT a 3 star hotel by any means. Maybe 30 years ago it was. This is a 1.5 star hotel, and because of the breakfast I will grant it 2 stars. I had a cleaner and quieter stay at a YOUTH HOSTEL night befo

The hotel was beautiful with a very spacious room and a very well made hot English breakfast.
Only thing would be distance from Crawley city centre and the airport. Though the airport taxi was only ÃÂã17.50
room was good . clean , spacious and nice .
common area stairs , reception,outside smoking area ,was dirty and not up to standard .
