It was clean and stylish, lively wine list selection and the staff were so nice and helpful.

That you couldn’t get room service breakfast, that’s it.

It was comfortable and clean. Friendly staff and a good location.

We had one of the superior king rooms. It had been adapted for disability access which I imagine would be great if you are in a wheelchair. However if you are not in a wheelchair you are contending with red emergency cords either side of the bed. The bathroom is like a disabled toilet and wet room. Great for those in a wheelchair but if you are not it feels less luxurious.

Nice entrance, lobby, bar and rooms.

The road outside was closed due to roadworks. Difficult with suitcases to get there and detour in taxis.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and the view was nice as I had a room on the top floor.

The tea coffee station in the room was cramped and awkward. Almost unusable.

Very central. Refurbished in a minimalist style. Public areas light bright Scandinavian style. Nice staff.

Lift was broken and I had to continually ask staff to use their pass to get me to my floor. They were nice but it felt awkward. Breakfast was average and the coffee was awful.

Bar closed at 11.30pm regardless of whether it was full or not. They were turning people away that had just gone back for a night cap. Such a shame as it’s a beautiful bar and lovely atmosphere. We were on a romantic weekend away but were given an accessible room so the bathroom resembled a hospital bathroom. My hubby didn’t seem to mind but I wasn’t keen. I’m talking a seat in the shower and rails everywhere. Obviously perfect if you need them. Was like being at my parents house.

Staff were lovely and friendly. Rooms were clean and spacious. Public areas were tastefully decorated. Great location.

Cooked breakfast was always cold.Felt a little dictated to by staff member sitting on stool at breakfast. If it's a buffet, people should sit wherever they want and not be told where to sit. Time somebody cleaned the display bottles above the bar in the dining room. Caked in dust.

Good options for breakfast, including gluten free. Great shower in the bathroom.Lovely modern feel..

Info on the types of coffee pods and how to use would be helpful and decaf tea option.

Great location, very central and close to the train station. Large clean and comfy room and we enjoyed the bar area.

Modern and clean in a good location

Lovely areas of the hotel were not utilised like the bar/meeting space under glass skylights, only used for private functions though advertised on hotel website like it’s a usable space. Front of house staff not very helpful and when we arrived for our pre arranged and paid for early check in we were told that they could not accommodate request. Bags were piled everywhere in main lobby and it looked awful even though there is a designated baggage storage room. On checkout we politely raised issue of our early check in not being honoured and staff politely argued that there was no record of early check in booking and basically no refund and tried to say it was down to booking.com. The upgrade was purchased via AC hotel website directly after we were contacted by hotel for upgrade.

Location excellent and exceeded expectations. Room and whole hotel very clean. Bed amazingly comfortable!!Only had breakfast in restaurant, food and staff excellent! As were the bar and reception staff.

Coffee was awful. There were big queues and not worth the wait.No dressing table mirror was disappointing, difficult location of mirror for drying hair.

Lovely decor, modern and clean. Great spacious room. Upgraded us too.

Amazing location, 1 minute from St George's Sq.2 mins from Queens St Rail Station.Super veiw to rear courtyard, huge window and lots of light.Staff at reception are polite, courteous with a total Can do attitude. Superb!

A few more sugars or milks on the coffe tray- easily sorted by asking at reception.Possibly another member of staff at 3pm checkin..didn't bother me but the queue looked quite long?

Room was so clean with a very comfortable bed.Breakfast was lovely with plenty to choose from.

Reception was very busy only one girl on then another arrived as the queue was about 20 deep.At peak times maybe have all desks manned.The girls were very pleasant ☺️ even when under pressure, big shout out to them.

location was great , staff were pleasant and friendly. Price was good
