    Pros +

    • Clean, views are just amazing. Recommend to balcony penthouse rooms.
    • Helpful and friendly staff. Clean , comfortable room.
    • Love runs have fridge and that two double beds I usually travel to meet my mum and sister. rooms well equiooee and comfortable

    Cons -

    • Breakfast was not great. No fresh fruit other than a banaor apple, poor selection of yoghurt. No porridge.
    • Room very stuffy, found it difficult to regulate the temperature.
    • I left my new electric toothbrush, which I got for Christmas there. There was a question about whether and where it is defined there. This is my favourite hotel and I always stay here every other month. But after calling a few times, my toothbrush was nowhere to be seen it had vanished from the room

    Good locationRooms were comfortable

The lifts are a nightmare and one wasn’t working so end up having to go up and down the stairs which were a nightmare as were wet and very slippy being cleaned by bleach at 2pm in the afternoon

Great location, nice & modern. Great facilities

    Car park is tight

    10RebeccaPosted on: 2-21-2026

Lovely staff, very clean modern and spacious room. Comfy bed and a very relaxed and comfortable stay. Will be going back!

Amazing stay - loved my room, it was cosy and comfortable with everything I needed to have a wonderful stay and shower was fantastic too!Staff are very friendly and helpful I look forward to staying again

Lifts - one lift to P floor can't be helped but its a tad frustrating when waiting to get it and can't due to housekeeping- had to use the stairs Breakfast is good, the basics are there to make a nice breakfast but porridge would be good option to have, its cheap but tasty and a good Scottish breakfast staple and perhaps more bread selection

The room was great with nice extras with the mini fridge and microwave.

Could have been a little cleaner but nothing major.

I liked the size of the family room and the facilities inside. I liked the quiet and friendly atmosphere in the hotel. On one occasion, a member of reception gave my young son and I a complementary drink as we were playing a game of pool, which was very hospitable and generous. We had a large group in reception one evening after a long day at a competition and we were having a few drinks and not once did we feel like we were being a burden. Great hotel and staff employed there.

I feel the breakfast options could have had more gluten free choices. Other than that, I was quite happy.

Good location, friendly staff and use of the gym

The lifts - one out of service

Considering there are building works going on all around you don't hear a thing No noise from rooms through the wall.Staff member checking us on was lovely gave us a few recommendations for pubs

Our last stay was amazing This room was smaller carpet was stained room just felt dirty.Breakfast wasn't hotOne of the lifts were working again same as November 25.In checking out staff member didn't even ask about our stay

Location.Breakfast.Front office staff are super friendly.

Only one lift working and difficult to use as staff were constantly using as a service lift. We had to obtain a plug in heater from reception for our room. Never seen damp like it on the inside window sills in the morning. Sofa bed mattress was absolutely diabolical, springs sticking up on both sides and squeaked every time you rolled over (waking everyone else up) £15 a night for parking, a hotel that charges to park onsite always annoys me.

    8LaurenPosted on: 2-18-2026

Location was good, quiet, clean hotel.

Sofa bed was really uncomfortable.Only one working lift.

    9TraceyPosted on: 2-18-2026

One of our go to hotels when in Glasgow. Always clean rooms, comfortable and it’s close to the city centre so handy for getting around.

Car park is too small and the spaces are too close together - I prefer to park in the Charing Cross car park.

    8DeirdrePosted on: 2-17-2026

The breakfast is was really lovely. The staff were very welcoming and helped me when I discovered I had forgotten to bring a phone charger. Our children enjoyed playing pool in the lobby. We ate at very nice restaurants nearby.

Better range of toiletries in the bathroom.

    9FionaPosted on: 2-16-2026

Very comfortable and clean with lovely friendly staff

No tea/coffee throughout the day in the lobby.

Everything. Such happy and helpful staff. They loved and welcomed my pooch and was so helpful at every point.Room was lovely and clean.parking easy and on the property.

    No complaints

    9AndrewPosted on: 2-13-2026

Colour wheel, and the choice of wood used for the desk, and the hidden feature within, very good

Tv, barely any channels, but cant be helped

    10JamesPosted on: 2-12-2026

Stylish hotel. Staff very friendly and nothing was too much hassle to any of them. Room had plenty space, bed was huge and very comfortable. Breakfast in the hotel was well stocked and topped up with hot food continually. Bar/Restaurant was very clean and very smart. 10/10 for our stay.

Parking was the only downside, limited amount of spaces and car park is very tight to manoeuvre in.

    9LouisePosted on: 2-12-2026

    Modern, clean and welcoming.

Car park on site was small and therefore full. However, the reception staff were incredibly helpful in directing us to the Charing Cross carpark with validation for the same rate.
