The Social Hub Glasgow

Restaurant and bar are very good. The rooms are small but if they are maintained then they are sufficient for a short stay. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and pleasant.

The cleanliness was noticeably worse than on our previous visit. Floor not vacuumed, armchair had stains on it, shelves were dusty, kettle did not work.The shelf in the shower was loose and wobbly.

The room was clean and the amenities were simple and effective and the location was ideal.

Just love the sitting area and the restaurant very fun and inspiring. Food was great.we had a cooked breakfast. Loved our room. Also the fudge and chocolate bar.

The location was excellent. A lovely vibe especially for young people. Excellent, strong power shower.

Unhelpful staff who remained unhelpful but all done with a disingenuous smile. There were old bloodstains (not removed in the wash) on the mattress protector that showed through the sheet. This was a large/king size room however it was due to having a large hallway adjacent to the bedroom but not useable. Therefore misleading. However the room was attractive with full windows looking out to a lovely courtyard.

The room was excellent! Huge bed and very comfy - good pillows. Full of amenities such as teas, coffees, biscuits, water etc - more were available on request. Room was quiet and very clean. The whole place was really nicely done and the bar/ restaurant on the top floor was lovely. It is located in a central part of Glasgow, if needing to come and go by train.

Fantastic location, great staff and comfortable room.

The check in key facility was a bit of a faff and the staff even had a challenge getting it to work. I'd have given it a 10 otherwise.

Brilliant location. Staff were friendly and attentive.Good atmosphere in pub and restaurant. Rooms were modern and clean.

Handy central location, friendly staff - there was someone new learning the system and being shown the processes, they were really nice and their colleague was really helpful, it felt like a nice atmosphere as soon as we checked in. We had some food in the bar before we headed out into Glasgow, and again the staff were friendly and a nice setup in The Social Hub

Excellent value. Staff and facilities were fabulous. Loved the rooftop bar. Rooms exceptionally clean and spacious. Brilliant location for exploring. Only a few minutes walk to the shopping area

Location, comfortable bed, coffee machine, exactly what I needed.

I like the idea of the hotel very fun and a lot to do there

I booked the room for the mirror with the lights and it didn’t work I phoned maintenance and no one came up to see what was wrong

This property is in an excellent location in the centre of Glasgow. It has a good vibe from the minute you enter the foyer. The staff are so helpful. I have stayed here before and on all occasions, including the bathroom, have been exceptionally clean. The facilities are very good although the room is basic. it was quiet. I had a disabled access room and it was very well equipped and comfortable. I paid extra for breakfast and this was very reasonable and enjoyable.

It is hard to find something I didn’t like about my stay.

Amazing, the staff were so welcoming and friendly! The rooms were perfect for our stay, the facilities were brilliant it’s almost like a one stop shop! It has everything and a great location too! Highly recommend

Nothing, liked everything

Loved the location, also the staff were exceptionally friendly and it was really useful having the social area, bar and restaurant on site

Lack of nearby parking was annoying. There was nowhere to stop and drop off luggage on arrival so we drove around for ages in the dark and ended up paying £8.50 for an hours parking when we only needed 10 mins really. And for longer term parking for our 3 day stay, We found parking through the parking apps in the end but it would be helpful to have some suggested options listed on the website, or by staff but there wasn’t any forthcoming advice,
