Maldron Hotel Glasgow City

Good central location

Had problems with the bathroom sink, let the reception know twice and no one ever appeared to resolve the issue

Very good location for all transport options to Glasgow City CentreBed was comfortable. Good shower.

Room seemed a bit noisy but wasn't too sure of the source

Clean and decent sized room.

A couple of small holes in the bathroom wall. I presume is from something that used to be on the wall.

Nice clean and quiet hotel in a good city location. The staff were friendly with a hotel bar that stayed open late.

Looking over a building site. Breakfast wasnt too good. Bacon was hard and freezing. As were the other items

the location was perfect for my needs i had a meeting about 100 metres awaythe breakfast is good with a good selection of food

although I ate in the bar (football was on the large tv) the menu didnt have a massive section, i generally like a nice bit of steak when away, but nonetheless the food i had was a good portion size and pretty tasty

Location was excellent given my travel plans. Room was very nice.

A minor issue but the room was rather cold though the thermostat was set to 21 degrees.

The hotel is in great position for Concerts, shopping and the Train/Bus stations. Everything about the hotel was spot on, the cleanliness, the lovely staff and the dining experience.

There was nothing that I didn’t like . Everything was very good.

Very clean, very comfortable bed. Staff very polite.

Understaffed at bar . Long wait for drinks. Sat night was horrendous. The worst noise we have ever experienced as a guest in hotels for over 45 years.Valentines night ? Children running wild , screaming abusing the lifts. One small child sprayed a water bottle on seat next to my wife before being dragged away by presumably a parent . This was 10.30 on a Saturday night. I liken the noise to a school playground. I went to reception and asked if something could be done and a young man asked me what I would like to be done. I replied that he could speak to the parents. Not sure if they were members of a dance group but there were many children just running wild . Nothing happened to curb it . In fact it went on for quite a while and ruined what was a long awaited reunion with old friends to celebrate my wife being clear of a serious illness. This was our 3rd stay at the Maldron . 1 in Manchester. 2 in Glasgow. Sorry to say , we won't be back .

The room and bed were perfect, excellent location nearby to everything and The Atholl.Decent and efficient Tech to check in with a decent cafe

Quite pricey as not much difference to a Premier Inn, room walls marked and cleaners left a little to be desired.Too many emails prior to checking in
