The staff and location

No carpet in the room. No hot water in the kitchen area. No cleaning. For the price I expected more. No TV all week although reported

Welfare Hotel. Drug addict. Not Safe. No none smoking rooms, all have cigarette smell.

I absolutely LOVED by stay here. I came for work and stayed on for a couple of nights for fun. The space was absolutely perfect. It had everything I needed and the attention to detail was fantastic - plenty of side lights, can set your own temperature, mirrors, hairdryer etc. The kitchen was really useful to have. And for a city centre hotel the quiet was amazing.The location is great, less than 5 minutes walk to Central, a Tesco right outside and plenty of bars/restaurants nearby.Unfortunately the fire alarm went off at 6am on the first night but I was so impressed with the staff who did an amazing job. I subsequently felt in safe hands for the rest of my stay.

Nothing could have been better, it was great.

Were traveling for a long time and was so great to be able to walk to a grocery store and have a kitchen to make and eat it in. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable and bathroom was actually gorgeous! :D Thanks so much!

Check in was great, but after that, staff was a bit stand-offish. But maybe we were just tired. :)

All was fine

Three evacuations due to fire alarm. Two were people cooking and not turn on the fan. One was a faulty fan in the kitchen. This was over an 18 day period. Two were the first and second night, UGH

Location is great convenience grocery n transportation and restaurants. Staff, people, cleansiness, big room, fridge, microwave, laundromat, hair dryer. Studio apt, it's Great

There's nothing I didn't like. Has everything.

The location was perfect for access to vegan restaurants, the Christmas markets, and the shops. It was also a short walk from the train station. The accommodation was exactly what we needed for our family to enjoy. We also appreciated the availability of family board games.

We didn't realize the breakfast could be made vegan or we would have bought the breakfast at the hotel.

The proximity to dining and shopping areas and to the local busses and Bus station for intercity travel.The apartment had all the necessary items and the hotel had all the necessary amenities for a longer stayVery helpful staff

The space was smaller than anticipated. The kitchen/ dining area is tight. It felt a bit crowded with three people although it was a 1 bedroom with a sofa bed.

The location was great. The room was clean, basic and had all the amenities that you need for an extended stay.

The laundry on premises is £3.00 per wash and per dry, and only takes coins (this was the only time during a 9 day stay we needed cash - this proved to be bit of a nuisance).

It’s always my favourite hotel because the staff make you feel at home with an amazing location thank you so much

I think the hotel needs a bit of renovation overall everything is good

The location was great. close to town and close to the parkade.

We were given a suite designed for a disabled person. Everything was low to the ground and the shower was open. Not really very good if you don't need such accommodations. Also the person we met at the front desk upon arriving at the hotel was cold. It was hard to get over that first impression even though other staff were quite nic3

The hotel has a prime location in the heart of Glasgow, close to major shopping centers. It is surrounded by all essential facilities and services, including restaurants, shops, and train station.The administrative and front desk staff are excellent, always friendly and smiling. They are readily available to assist whenever needed, and their response to any issues is prompt and effective.

The room is not cleaned on a daily basis but only once every eight days. The provided floor cleaning tool was a small handheld brush, which is impractical for elderly guests or those with knee problems, as it requires bending down. It is recommended to provide a long-handled brush so that guests can clean their rooms comfortably and efficiently without having to bend.

The location and kitchen facilities in the room were awesome!

The laundry facilities were super busy and the washer ate my Euros! The toilet paper holder was half ripped off the wall.

Super clean, comfortable, friendly, helpful staff, excellent position. Don't forget to use the Underground Tube

Friendly staff , welcoming , great location, quiet even though city center

Great location, plenty of shops and restaurants and Glasgow central right nearby. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Public Washers and dryers were quick and efficient. Staff was lovely. Not an issue with the property itself but A hungry guest had an issue cooking which resulted in the fire alarms going off and a long trip down the stairs with two tired children at 2 am. Fortunately it was resolved within 40 minutes.

The room was very spacious and having the small kitchen was really nice for a longer stay. Location is very central.

Clean, well located, well-equipped, luggage storage, and free laundry tablets.

Water pressure in the shower was a bit light but still functioned fine overall.

The location was great for exploring Glasgow on foot and with great access to public transport. The staff on site were very friendly and accommodating as well as easy to communicate with via booking.com messages.

The air quality in our room was very poor and the windows could not be opened. The drain in the bathroom sink was clogged and it was leaking behind the wall in the bathroom. The TV only had local channels with no means to use streaming services or cast from a phone and would often turn off by itself.
