The property didn’t seem the cleanest. The upkeep didn’t seem that great. We didn’t have any towels in our room.

The location, the price and the breakfast

We did not know the shower was going to be out in the open and see through, very awkward and uncomfortable. Would have picked somewhere else and paid more.

    Location only

Everything was not as per my expectations, the bathroom the room is too small , the shower separate like for camping

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, offering a level of service we didn’t see elsewhere. The rooms were excellent—very good, clean, and spacious.”

Stayed many times at this Ibis - no problems. This time my room no 621- I was awoken at @630am due to the noise of vents from outside. Not a good sleep.

    As above

the staff offered a second room to us to resolve an issue we had on night one and when asked by me if the room was on the house the staff said they would make sure it was. Upon check out the next day we were charged with that room. Management did nothing in response and simply said it was against company policy to offer free rooms. If it’s against company policy then maybe you should train your staff to not say such things. Everyone makes mistakes but to not own it and then make the customer pay for it is very poor customer service. Far from the striving for superior customer service they claim in response to these reviews. I guess budget customer service is to be expected from a budget hotel. Happy to note that the rest of the tours and restaurants we visited in Glasgow provided exceptional customer service just not this place. Stay at your own risk.

    Location was ok

Sink was in corner of bedroom, shower door opened straight into bedroom. Slight bad odour from drains.

    Location was good

Couldn't pay cash and no help finding cashpoint to put money in bank, room was dirty very noisy didn't tell us how to use lift , ending up leaving early and not going for breakfast either

Handy location for the retail park and football.

The price seems to be creeping up, what was a budget price with budget facilities has become more expensive but still with budget facilities.

No heating in the middle of November. Freezing!Had to put another duvet on

The bathroom was quite small and a bit uncomfortable to shower in, but considering it’s a budget stay, it was okay overall.

    8LarsenPosted on: 11-2-2025

Very quiet and comfortable room. Very small room. The twin beds were comfortable but a little narrow for my liking. Not much room to move around in there but I was only there to sleep so it served its purpose well.

Not exclusive to this hotel, but it seems that in the UK, wash rags for the shower are not a thing. Bring your own loofah or wash rag!

Location is goodThe room is badThe bed is normal

It was a too-small room. The corridor was really bad-smelling, like cigarettes or something smoky. The view was seen from another room window, which is why we couldn't open the blind.

Very dated and tired hotel. Room.waa horrible and very expensive for way it was. Was of a hostel standard

    7JéssicaPosted on: 10-27-2025

Very good cost benefit, 24 hour checkin, free parking. Great overall.

There was hair in the shower, which is definitely a turnoff.
