Pros +
- We liked the relaxed feeling and the Friendly staff.
- Location
- The pool facilities
Cons -
- I was disappointed with the parking. When I enquired weeks prior to our stay I was told there was always plenty of parking. But we had to drive around in circles with others trying to find a space for over 30 minutes having to park in the drop off zone.
- Additional charges for the Spa
- The cheap flimsy toilet paper is just penny pinching, much better quality to be found at travelodge or supermarket toilet, for an extremely up market hotel this is unacceptable.
