Cons -
- Heating was on, room and hotel like a sauna, unable to turn off, extremely noisey pipes (very loud banging at 10pm and 6am). Fixtures coming off walls, very narrow bath, mould in bathroom. Complained, heard nothing.
- The room was not what we paid for. It wasn't suitable. It fell so far below expectations. Even the staff were so unhelpful. An understanding tone and a friendly smile goes a long way, and there was none of that.
- S taff were rude, unfriendly and not helpful. On advertising the hotel read to me . Check in time 12 and check out time 12. When I arrive at 12.45. Staff said Couldn't check in to my room till 4pm. Unless I Pay 15 pound. THIS SHOULD BE HIGHLIGHTED!!
