- The location is outstanding - close to theatres, shopping and restaurants, and across from City Hall and Cardiff Castle.
- The location was nice. Across the street from the Castle and in the city center
- The staff and location were both outstanding! Making our stay very easy and welcoming. Only shame was on one occasion our room wasn¿t serviced when requested.
Cons -
- This was not a traditional Hilton Experience. Having paid extra for a view of the castle, the lady put my on the 3rd of 7 floors where I had to stick my face to to window to get a small corner peak of it. I wouldn't have paid for it if I knew that
