Darlington Arms by the airport - Free parking - Bar & Food

It was dirty with smelly carpets in corridor and bedroom. Did not stay walked out and went elsewhere!!

Comfortable warm room. Shower was clean. TV was ok size for the room

The hot and cold nuzzle on the shower was loose and difficult to turn off. Also the hand basin hot and cold unit was very loose. Carpet in the room loose, could easily trip. Bed was quite small and a little bit soft.

Great overnight stay prior to an early flight Comfortable bed Great curry

Nothing really had just what we wanted

The food was good.Only problem was toilet outside room.....and it made a noise going to it during the night.

Good service and welcome. Room clean and comfy but location by busy road gave some noise. All good otherwise

Stairs a bit difficult, my beefburger was a bit too crispy!

Near the airport, lovely staff ,clean rooms

Food was nice. Plenty of parking.

Staff were not welcoming. Quite rude.

Excellent value. The guy on the bar was so polite and helpful. He was amazing! Curry was great

It is very close to the airport which is good in one way but our room was at the front, on the road which, obviously was noisy all night as everyone travels to the airport- should have thought about that!

I always try to stay at the Darlington Arms when travelling to and from Bristol Airport. I always receive a warm welcome and help with my case to my room. The rooms are bright and spacious, warm and airy. The bathroom is clean and functional. Tea/coffee making facilities are available in the room which is great when having an early start. I had booked dinner and as always it was delicious and plentiful and served with a smile. The staff are very kind, efficient and nothing is too much. Thank you again for a lovely stay.

The deep chairs in the pub lounge are looking very tired.

Great location and a wonderful welcome and the food on offer could not be faulted.

Some of the inside of the building are in need of painting and carpets need replacing on the stairs and access areas to the rooms again are in need of work. Also the stairs leading to the rooms is very steep and has a sharp turn at the bottom it would benefit from a handrail on each side of the stairs.

Close to the airport

Carpets needed some TLC and bathroom was across the hall (but it was a very nice bathroom) and only for the rooms use.

Convenient for the airport. Free parkingWelcoming staffClean and comfortable roomsQuiet as had great double glazing Nice Curry served in the bar

The beer garden needed some attention. A bit dirty

The staff was very helpful and friendly. There is free parking at the property. The room is a very good size, we only stayed one night to travel early to the airport, so that's all we needed. If you carry heavy luggage - just be mindful that there is no lift to get to the rooms! We had a pub lunch downstairs which was nice, and very quick service.

Nothing - did the job!

Room was comfortable. Shower room was spacious, excellent shower cubicle.Restaurant was clean and comfortable with good food

Lovely clean spacious room, warm towel rail on when we arrived

A shelf in the bathroom would have been handy and the towel rail being on constantly made the bedroom quite hot

Nice clean rooms and excellent food. Very polite staff, nothing is to much trouble.

Location is perfect for silver zone carpark. The food is really lovely and plenty to choose from..

Stairs to get to the rooms are steep so just need to be careful but no problem

Na

This booking was value for money , the food was average , staff were lovely , the passage and stairs to the rooms need redecorating carpet threadbare paint peeling off of the walls just just run down , the room could do with a fresh coat of paint and new carpet .

We stayed the night before an early flight. Food and drink great. Rooms spotless, no complaints at all.

Welcoming friendly clean warm cosyGood food and serviceWould stay again
