Location

The room , the bathroom was very dirty , one chair , no place for clothes to put away … ive stayed in Easy Hotel in Newcastle & this hotel was worse than that … so hot & no fridge

Location was great,room was comfortable and really quiet. Staff were helpful.

Water took a long time to heat up in shower.

Good location and a fair price

Room was too hot even with the radiator turned off. Too noisy to open the windows so slept really badly do 4 nights. Shower temperature was temperamental so first shower was always cold and second shower too hot. Very disappointing. .

It was close to the city centre

The bathroom wasn't clean nd top off the bed was dirty

I was staying there 3 nights, and arrived 1 hour before check-in, and they charged an extra £15 for that extra hour, despite the room being ready. That's petty and felt like a rip-off. I will avoid Travelodge because of that

Very central

Extremely hot and quite dated but still functional and clean.

Location. Lovely warm room.Clean and tidy

Friendly staff , great rooms and very clean, great price as well and very close to everywhere we wanted to go,we felt save and relaxed in the hotel and we will be back to stay very soon

You need more than one chair in the room rather than that we loved every bit of it.

The only thing is I would have liked a walk in shower as I have a disability

It was so central...the beds were comfy and it was warm

Smell of cigarette smoke in lift ..not saying people smoked but there was always that kind of smell?

Easy check in. 24 hour.

The bed was very old and uncomfortable with springs sticking out. Had to go to reception to ask for hairdryer which was a pain. I thought all travel lodges would have better standards that this.

Location was fantastic for access to bus for airport.And famous bars were literally 50 yards away.Situated 5 minutes walk from the centre.Kept our luggage in a room until we checked in. And also when we checked out

No hair dryer in room, wasn't a huge problem

City Centre location, good eating facilities near Hotel. Pity breakfast was not available in Hotel. Staff very helpful.

Not satisfied.

The room was extremely cold. They should have better heating system.We could literally hear people talking in the next room all night. Couldn't sleep at all due to the disturbance. Should have better sound proofing.The bath towels smelled really bad.Very much disappointed.

City centre location, adjacent to Grand Central Station

The location was perfect, lots of restaurants and bars and shops a short walk away.
