Location, staff and price
Comfy bed, nice big shower, room temp perfect and zero road noise ! Breakfast good and staff super friendly and efficient
Pay parking.. 20 eurp overnight
We stayed here for Valentine's Day. The service was exceptional! The staff were so friendly and accommodating from the moment we arrived right up to check out. We were pleasantly surprised by our selection of cakes upon arrival in our room, along with a personalised Valentine's Day card from all the staff. The bar is fantastic with a wide variety of drinks and cocktails. We also found the taxi service button at reception very convenient for going out and about. The room was really spacious, modern, and super clean with everything we needed, including a handheld steamer! The bed was super comfy and soft. We had the best nighta sleep. We can't wait to come back to visit the hotel again!
Really spacious apartment, and very comfy bed
Shower seen better days, could do with upgrading
friendly receptionist - easy check in , good location in a mainly residential area. Bar and breakfast staff great as well. only niggle is my room in the apartments had some stains ( mud ?) on the carpet.
Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Lack of curtains in the room (303.) We had to put up pillows against the window. Breakfast could've been better.
Staff were friendly. Newly decorated and bed was really comfortable
No kettle in the room. Had to ask for one and was told there was a coffee machine but no way to use the tea bags placed in the room. The shower didnt work properly and reported this 3 times but was never looked at.
It was a recently remodeled room, but with a few hiccups, shower holder was defective, drain was very slow. Needs sound proofing. But the night manager, Conner was an excellent individual and gave us an upgrade, which was nice of him. A very personal young chap. But I would’ve hated to see the room we were supposed to get.
The apartment was fantastic, bed xtra large and comfortable, no noise at all. Carpark easy located at back , staff very helpful and friendly . would definitely recommend it an definitely be back again myself . location was great for where we’re attending , shop, bars and takeaway just 2 mins away
hotel didn’t have anything i didn’t like
Poor
Hotel was under construction, no facilities, broken lift, room was ‘renovated’ but had multiple faults. Would not stay again they shouldn’t have been renting rooms with hotel in this state.
The new bedrooms are very beautiful. I have stayed here many times and the breakfast is excellent - the design and rooms etc are good. The guy who checked me in couldn't have been more helpful.
The rooms do not have heat - which is just a joke in Janauary - come on - basic need is to not be wearing coats and socks and everything in your suitcase in bed - there wasn't even an extra blanket. I contacted reception and again the helpful guy told me there was a boiler issue (same the last time I stayed here exact same story - boiler issue) so they come over switch it on - heat for one hour and then off it goes again. Another guy came over at 2:40 am did the same thing reset the boiler and gave me a blow heater - it was so cold I was shivering in the room and the only way to sleep was with the blow heater on. A baby screached all night in the next room - no wonder - it was probably also chilled. It was terrible. The hotel is also going through renovarions so there was no breakfast but this is not communicated when booking nor is the check in process. The guys on reception were as helpful as they possibly could be - but this is probably my third bad experience here - if you're trying to save money this isn't the way to do it - basic needs need to be met first! The bedrooms are absolutely stunning and I had a suite and its just such a great shame. Heat is the very minimal requirement. In the end I slept two hours. I don't like complaining but if I were a manager I'd like to fix this - the sad thing is the exact same thing happened before but I thought it was a once off - I was wrong.
Loved my suite. Great room and liked that it was across the road.
The breakfast could have been a lot hotter but the selection was good. Staff were very nice.
Would not come back
the shower door was hanging off There carpet was stinking Damp in the room The dressing table had screws hanging out of it
The newly renovated apartment had everything we needed! Staff were excellent. Super clean and comfortable!
Bathrobes were unavailable. And TV was not connected to Internet.
The staff were fabulous and welcoming (particularly Josh!). So helpful. Room was a great size and so clean and beds were super comfy
Just a coffee machine, would have loved a kettle for tea but wasn't a massive deal for us.
Sadly, hotel was under renovation so we didn’t have breakfast.
Pillows were a little hard for my liking but that’s probably because I only like a very flat pillow.
