Staff allowed early check in free of charge. The room was well maintained, with towels changed everyday and other supplies stocked. The breakfast had a great variety of options to choose from. Amazing location!

Honestly the bed wasn’t great and also the noise from the neighbours they where screaming and shouting at each other banging forts through the night

The hotel was warm and they served nice coffee, the breakfast was good.

Good breakfast options, eating areas very clean and well serviced. Very friendly staff and overall cleanliness very good. Excellent location. Good size room. Staff very accommodating.

There was no porridge available for breakfast. The sofa bed in out family room was very uncomfortable and the mattress was very thin. Food service in the restaurant in the evenings was quite slow as was service at the bar.

Really enjoyed our stay in the Hampton by Hilton. Liked the location walking distance to shopping centre, city hall and markets. Staff very helpful and nice. Multistorey carpark right beside the hotel. Hotel very clean and breakfast was great

Close to city centre

Too expensive for what it is. Breakfast conditions horrible, a free for all with no organisation. Not we’ll set up. 100’s kids running about stuffing their faces with waffles

Central location. Waffle machine at breakfast was a real treat for the kids. Nice lounge area for drinks and chill out.

My one and only gripe....we booked a queen room, what we got was only slightly larger than double at best. The bathroom was for disabled, as i have been getting treatment for sore back, the loo was very low, which made it difficult for me. We have stayed here before and rooms excellent, wont stop us returning. Lovely staff!

i like its location only to the city center. Its easily located.

Its our first time to encounter a HOTEL that doesnt provide toothbrush and toothpaste to their client., it almost ruin our night because we didnt brought our own toiletris, They said that this toothpaste and toothbrush is exclusive only for its members. I got annoyed when the reception told us that we need to pay 3pounds per set of the toothpaste and toothbrush.

The quality of the Room, the Staff were all great and helpful. The location was perfect and the breakfast was first class. We will be back. Thanks.
