    Pros +

    • Bed was comfortable, mattress was very good, location is great and staff as well very kind
    • Fantastic location and the room was great with plenty of space. Milk in the fridge was a lovely bonus on arrival for a quick cuppa before exploring the city. Plenty of pubs and restaurants within minutes of the hotel. Staff @ The Flint were extremely helpful for general advice or booking taxis - nothing was too much trouble for them. We’ll definitely be back!
    • Great location, friendly staff, good room size, comfy bed, nice view, easy check-in, quiet. We would definitely come back.

    Cons -

    • Cleaning standards are very poor, I have written about these issues before as this wasn't first time I was staying in Your hotel. This time we found an earring near the bed on the floor. All corners and edges are very dirty
    • The lighting in the room was strange, the bedside switch controlled both bedside lights and the ceiling light simultaneously so it was either very bright or pitch black.
    • For a one night stay, the electric switches seemed a bit over-TThcomplicated, but I suppose you would get use to it in time.I had difficulty turning the shower on and off. A notice with an explanation would have been helpful.

The facilities, especially the kitchen, were exceptional for the price. The staff were very pleasant, especially the Night Porter. He offered to order a taxi for me which was very helpful as I am hard of hearing and struggle to use the telephone..

The hotel is really cute. Old building newly renovated. Quirky features and really convenient location. 10 min walk to the waterfront venue and similar into busy shops and restaurants

    Poor

    Awful room, grubby bathroom. Cold.

Everything - beautifully clean, fantastic facilities, excellent location and really lovely and helpful staff!

    Nothing it was perfect!

Rooms are exactly like pictured on Booking.com amazing value, considering you have your own kitchenette, table etc.

Central location near all night life spots. The room was perfect. Staff were pleasant.

    8SeanPosted on: 2-12-2026

Price, location, staff, room was nice and they left milk in the fridge for a cup of tea

Room was noisy at night, could hear water pipes running off and on

The hotel was in a excellent location bar was lovely too, didn’t have breakfast

    More light in the bedroom

Staff were super nice, helpful and friendly. The bed was amazing (size & comforr). Location couldn't be better. The apartment was cozy and no need any renovation, the kitchen was perfectly equipped. Everything was clean.

Unfortunately the door is not soundproofed at all, whenever somebody passing by on the corridor, makes you feel somebody is in the room or the door is not closed. No USB plug socket, you need adapter to charge your phone.

I like how Central the hotel was, easy to check in, and the girl on the Desk, Lou possibly was super nice and very chatty!

The coldness and dark paint of the room, I didn’t like how the electric went off in the morning and I couldn’t get showered or hair done etc, and could make breakfast. The receptionist that morning dismissed about the electric being off. Room also had a lot of dust especially on the skirting boards and walls

Great location, beautifully designed room . Amy was so welcoming and helpful. The really well equipped kitchen was an absolute bonus and the fresh milk in the fridge was a genius, lovely touch. You get the feeling the Flint has thought carefully about what people need and want and then added a little bit of flair.

The otherwise excellent stay was marred a little by the noise of bands playing in the bar restaurant below on my last night made it a little difficult to get to sleep and I had asked for a ‘quiet’ room early on in the process . The room which was really clean had a few ‘ wear’ marks, scuffing on carpet, marks on table tops and a bit of an unfortunate water mark on the sofa.

The value for the price, the access to the Amelia food and also the space in the room. The little bottle of milk in the fridge , the space to work and sit as well as the bed, the service from the staff on the desk was also good

Toiletries are a little stingy and also the tea and coffee facilities

This is the 2nd time that my Fiancée and I have stayed at the flint. I'm not one for doing reviews because I have far much better things to do with my time. However, you can't knock accommodation, location or the staff. Belfast is an amazing place to visit.I highly recommend it. You will not be disappointed

    Everything really

Good location great staff comfortable bed

Very dated a carpet on the floor or rug is needed

    8ElizabethPosted on: 2-7-2026

We did not have breakfast, we have stayed at The Flint Hotel, before, it is ideal for the theatre, or staying overnight after a days shopping.

I do not think there was anything we did not like.
