    Pros +

    • Modern hotel Location Friendly staff
    • Central to everything We where in a room ooo the City Hall it had not long been refurbished. We ordered champagne to celebrate a birthday. They also added chocolates and a card. A very nice thought.
    • Very central. Recently taken over by Hilton and service shows. Cookie on arrival was nice touch.

    Cons -

    • Cooked breakfast not Best quality Bigger range for continental required
    • Room view was facing a wall. But in fairness I paid a very basic rate so can’t complain about this too much. Just worth knowing if you want a view, you’ll need to look at paying for it.
    • Couldnt fault

Great location. Large room. Comfortable beds. Lovely bathroom with super shower and lovely shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion.

Our beds were not made on second day, although bins were emptied and towels changed. I told the receptionist Alison, she responded that she didn't know why beds were not made, but she didn't take a note of it, and honestly she didn't seem at all interested. Poor response

Hotel is right in the centre of Belfast, location was fantastic. From walking in the ladies at reception were so friendly and gave us warm cookies on arrival which was a lovely touch. Room was nice and spacious and was spotlessly clean. The decor in the room was lovely too. Would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back again on our next trip to Belfast.

Good proximity to the city centre. Staff were mostly friendly and welcoming. Bed was comfortable.

Room was cold. Bathroom was freezing. Lighting is outdated.

Central location, staff were friendly and approachable. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast very good!

We had 6 rooms of which 4 were good however 2 had faults with their air con that couldn’t be fixed which so were left in extremely cold conditions resulting in them not being able to be slept in. Nothing was rectified which was disappointing and a waste of money for the rooms

The locality of the hotel is brilliant, central to what we had planned.

Our room faced onto a brick wall, the room itself was pretty modern but quite dark.

Perfectly centrally located. Clean hotel, water in room was so lovely & instantly hot. Huge lovely breakfast, so much choice. Very comfortable. Lovely restaurant (Jospers) downstairs. Staff were so friendly & nice.

    Nothing, couldn’t fault it.

    Pleasant

I booked and paid for this stay for my son and his partner as a giftWhen they arrived the receptionist informed them that the hotel had not been paid for which he assured them it had This was very embarrassing for them as other guests were listening The receptionist then asked for my son's credit card to make a payment but he again said it had been paid for Eventually the manager was able to clear the mistake and realised it was actually paid but no apology was given and the whole experience spoilt their stay
