Pros +
- Spacious room. Kind & friendly staff.
- Great staff in reception, always really clean and the location is superb for City centre. Parking great and the new decor is great.
- Room was a good size and clean. We had requested rooms close to each other and were given connecting rooms which was great. Good breakfast and easy access in to Belfast
Cons -
- It’s everywhere these days and I should probably cut them some slack but GenZ serving staff are not listening to your order, or even seeing you sitting there. Friendly yes, tuned in, no. A minor blemish but hey, just be present.
- One small hiccup happened during our stay, on the day we were checking in the receptionist told us that they were all booked out even thougj we booked 2 months in advance. Thankfully the second receptionist fixed the issue and got us the room we booked.
- That I only got to stay one night! Thats all I can say - really there was nothing I could fault - just 'grand' - def book if you are in Belfast.

We had an amazing stay here, we stayed here around the christmas time. The hotel was beautifully decorated, close to everything and had amazing food. Defenietly worth a visit, will stay again if visiting Belfast in the future.

Exceptional Service - I met colleagues at the hotel early on Sat and was due to check in at 3pm - my room was ready at 8 so I was given a key - As never happened in my life! Kian was a total star - helping our group in every way he could. Nothing was too much trouble. Very much appreciated. Rooms and beds super comfortable - no traffic so a great sleep. Breakfast was great - booking now for my next trip !

A very good location - you can walk to the centre within 15 minutes. Comfortable beds, good breakfast.
The carpet in the room hasn't been vacuumed for quite a bit. There were some new clothes labels and clippings left by the previous guest. And they weren't hidden under the bed. No toilet brush...
Beautiful big room and staff in the restaurant were exceptional
It's a bit out of the way
It is convenient having parking right at the hotel. We did not see before booking that parking is at an additional charge.
It is in the city but not central. A good 10minute walk into streets that are busier with more food & shop options. I personally would not walk back to the hotel by myself once dark as streets leading to hotel are quiet. I do not feel it is a good option for anyone with mobility challenges.
Rooms were a good size, clean and comfortable.Bar area was nice and comfortable and cocktails were great.Private parking which helped, location was good for walking into town.Staff helpful an friendly
Our room had a poor view and was looking out on to a construction site.
Location, staff all friendly, spacious rooms
Could of done with better tea/coffee facilities
Lovely modern hotel, friendly staff and very handy.
No problems.
Very accomplished staff, the room is so spacious and comfortable. We had our 2 children staying with us and they gave each colouring book and stickers which was a lovely touch.
Nothing to note.
The price was affordable for 2 nights and the hotel room was fabulous.
The parking was expensive.
Bed was really comfy
Cold and noisy food wasnt great at all
Clean, stylish, and great location. Helpful staff.
£14 per day parking felt excessive.
Great location, friendly staff, great quality room.
Only issue was that the mattress was quite uncomfortable.
The room was comfortable and very clean & modern, the staff were friendly and accommodating
The phone in my room wasn't working so I couldn't contact reception easily during my stay. I also booked a standard room but it was two single beds - I was solo so it wasn't the end of the world but it wasn't ideal.
Mattresses were incredibly comfortable, the front desk staff was very friendly, there were a few security guards present on the weekend, it was in walking distance of St. George’s market, the river walk and city Center.
The ticket system with the parking lot was confusing and had us continuously getting new tickets and turning tickets in. Seems like they could’ve given the guest one pass for the whole stay. We had take-out one night, asked to sit at the table in the lobby, but we’re denied that. I know they were trying to maintain their upscale atmosphere, but it seems like there could be a way to allow that and not let that get out of hand.
Staff attitude and location
The cleaning is fair and the tissues are not enough
Clean rooms, comfy bed, friendly staff, excelent breakfast and well located to the city centre and sse arena
