    Pros +

    • Budget hotel in the city centre with less than 5 min walk to city centre. Very modern style rooms and comfortable beds. One of the best welcomes to a hotel I have ever gotten with great assistance in future savings.
    • Good location and sufficient rooms.
    • The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is in an amazing location. The room was a good size for a twin and was comfortable

    Cons -

    • Bathrooms were very pod like, but very functional and a lot more comfortable than expected. Odd cabin looking bathroom in a very modern room… but reminder this is a budget hotel so all ok!!!
    • Our room vas very cold. In two nights, we asked staff to heat the room but nothing changed, even the air conditioner's heating function was not working. Staying here was our worst experience in the entire UK and Ireland.
    • No cold water in the bathroom sink.

Perfect location - walking distance to centre for food/bars/pubs.

Quick check-in despite the lobby being blocked by a hoard of guests from a stag group. Check-in staff were very polite and efficient. Good size bathroom in the hotel room - very unique pod style room.

Paid €163 for one night which is outrageous. Hotel room is very simple - no mini fridge which is something I would expect if I'm paying such an extortionate price. Was supposed to be a double bed but instead was two single mattresses pushed together. Very uncomfortable. I also awoke to a rash on part of my face, presumably from the pillows, not sure if a cleanliness issue or based on the detergent they use to clean the laundry. Hotel is near the main shopping street but the exact area it is in seems to be a bit dodgy. Didn't feel safe there.

Very smelly bathroom and very small room

    Friendy Staff. Good location.Excellent breakfast

Beds were comfy, bathroom was clean. WiFi was fast and staff were polite.

Windows were mouldy. The room felt dingy (not really much they can do about that) and the hairdryer kept packing up while using it. Small things I know!

Very centrally located. Easy to get to. Friendly staff, comfortable beds and a lovely breakfast.

Excellent hotel, room, bed, location, lovely bar and staff. All round perfect!

The location was great. Bar was open all the time. Great value for money. Exceptionally clean and modern. Beds were comfortable. Shower was powerful and hot. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Two single beds pushed together to make a double so the gap widened. They were comfortable singles though.

Breakfast was really good, room was clean and comfortable. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Could of done with a couple more towels and sugar on arrival and the shower gel was empty.

    9AnnaPosted on: 2-18-2026

Nice and modern. Very quiet, warm and comfortable

Needs a better clean. The bathroom was a bit dirty on the back of the door.

    10VictoriaPosted on: 2-18-2026

Staff really helpful and great at giving suggestions and recommendations of local places to go for food and bars etc. perfect location for the city centre.

    10AustinPosted on: 2-16-2026

It was clean, the room was comfortable, the food was good, the bar was open late, and the staff were great! Housekeeping didn’t come too early, which was great. Showers have insane water pressure

Slightly limited on the cocktails, and beers were rather expensive. Not outrageously overpriced, but kind of pushing it.

    10CatherinePosted on: 2-16-2026

Room was very comfortable, very clean location was amazing it was beside everything. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We always stay here when we travel to Belfast. Wish theses hotel would do deals for the over 65s, it would be great help to us that live on our pensions.

We liked everything no complaints.. We would rate the hotel 10 out of 10. We have told our Family and Friends to stay here when the travel to Belfast....
