It's quietness and family type environment breakfast very good too

Location to the University and (limited) off-street parking is nice.

Room was very hot, located on the third floor (no lift) and the carpet was stained. The hotel kept messaging me over and over asking if I wanted to upgrade my room and wanting to know when I was checking in.

The room was exceptionally comfortable, with a large king or queen bed and wonderful mattress and linens. The room was spacious. And the location was both beautiful and centrally located. We adored the flowers in the garden and the tranquility. The breakfast also offered many options, including healthy ones.

Size of the room

Breakfast was minimal at best. Beds were soft and pillows were hard. Why would you put a family suite on the 3rd floor.

The at-home feel of a guesthouse with a large community living room, comfortable dining in 2 open rooms and open stairway to the upper floors. Did I mention the on-site parking? The location is just a short walk to City Hall

There was nothing that I can say that I was unhappy with.

Nice location and staff, clean rooms.

Room 8 was quite small.

Facility had some charm. Not a huge amount but enough to make it pleasant. Staff was extremely nice and accommodating. And it was a good value.

Rooms were a bit small. Breakfast was fine but not special in any way.

Nicely heated rooms upon arriving soaked from the rain. Very nice old building. The creative doorknobs did not go unnoticed.

The bathroom floor is a bit shaky.

Great breakfast -- the only omelet and the only HOT eggs I had during my weeks of travel in England and Ireland.

Room was very cute and clean with big windows. Cute area of town!

They kept contacting me about my arrival time even though I had answered them multiple times that I would be there before 1900 (which is when self check-in would begin). Then they kept asking for me to pay, even though I had paid so that I would be able to pay on arrival. They kept contacting me asking for payment through booking, email and Whatsapp for days before my arrival. I eventually thought it was a scam so I quit responding. When I arrived I discussed this with them and they said it was just an automated response...For the most part the room was good, a little on the cold side and the temperature for the shower didn't work right so it was either really, really cold or really, really hot.

I loved this hotel. Very friendly, like almost every place in Belfast. Beautiful old building. I had a huge, well-equipped room that felt very luxurious and private and it was very reasonably priced. The hotel is in a very appealing and convenient area of Belfast, with Queen's University and tons of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and stores within very easy walking distance.

Homey atmosphere, but modern room. Staff was wonderful, even did my laundry for me, even after I said I would do it myself. I didn’t have breakfast there, but it looked and smelled fantastic. Lovely dining room.

Reception closed at 7:00pm, but I can’t say that caused any hardship at all.

Good location. Quiet road Rooms were clean and comfortable. Kettle in the room.Breakfast choice ok.

On site parking was a little tight but adequate.

Unable to park at the hotel or on the streets near the hotel I could not find anywhere to park so I to leave and find another hotel

Very elegant, quiet older hotel. Spacious room with nice heat. Breakfast was very good, staff was super nice, and there was parking behind the hotel.

The out of town center seemed like a handicap, but then we learned to use the handy and easy bus system so it was not a problem at all.

Very central, clean and modern

No ramp or elevator to bring my suitcase up 3 flights.

Beautiful neighborhood that was near enough to the attractions without being so urban. The manager gave us fantastic recommendations for where to go in town and we had an amazing stay in Belfast as a result!!!

The showers are a little small.
