Moxy Belfast City

The woman with red hair at the desk was outstanding! She was kind and helpful. She consistently went out of her way to make suggestions and was very thoughtful of our needs and desires.

The hotel is in the middle of a construction site and hard to get into and out of. Location in downtown is great within 3 blocks of main bus terminal. Great cafes within 1 block of hotel.

Hotel was great staff where very welcoming when we arrived till we left.room's where very clean and tidy loved it from start to finish will deffo be staying here again highly recommend it so I do.

It was convenient. Check in and check outs were smooth. Staff was consistent over the week. Staff was always friendly and attentive and helpful! We felt safe and tucked in. It was a good experience. We were grateful to have been able to extend our stay due to food poisoning and having to rearrange our travel plans. Good breakfast options. When the house cleaning was unable to clean our room due to our illnesses, they obliged us with clean towels and rolls of toilet paper for which we were grateful!

Cleaning is always a challenge with so many people coming and going.

The property was comfortable and the staff were so helpful and nice. The location is in a perfect location for exploring the city in all directions. It is about 10 min walk from the Belfast Grande Central station which is convenient and is the location that the Dublin/Belfast express coaches arrive.

Great great value for money! Location was amazing. The lobby was great. Rooms were spacious.

Its a new hotel but actually its an old hotel that was turned into a Moxy. I think the rooms (and bathrooms) show some signs of that but nothing that was too bad. But just note its not a new new hotel!

Brand new hotel in Center City Belfast. Easy to walk to any attraction in the city. Staff was 12/10!! Always available to answer questions, provide suggestions on events tourist might not know about like 1st Thursday art pop up, to where to watch American Football, to late night bar chats.

No iron in the room, instead each floor has an Ironing Room, Ive never seen or experienced this before. For a great hotel, with a great staff, this seemed like a wild anomaly from other hotels not only in the Marriott family, but in the 4 Star and up category.

They take €50 for incidentals and don’t refund it!

It had a great vibe! The decor was modern, colorful, with a cheeky sense of humor. It was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see, and conveniently close to Grand Central station.
