Pros +
- The locks & chains on doors (I like safety); the breakfast quality and the garden view; the staff's kindness; the price options.
- Hotel location is good and breakfast was well layout and organized.
- Breakfast was a surprise to me
Cons -
- The phone calls didn't always go through; I needed a shuttle from the airport at 8pm the 2nd day, but nobody replied so I gave up.
- Air conditioning is a myth! Don't expect it to be anything like what we're accustomed to in the USA.
- A/C was minimal or non existent. Room became hot. Was able to ?pry? window open for slightly cooler air, but was parking lot noisy. In general, bad experience, would not return. I have been to many excellent IBIS properties around the world.
