- Staff was friendly, tea and coffee available 24/7 and located close to the downtown area but not in the middle of the craziness, so it was quiet and we enjoyed our stay.
- Very clean, comfortable room, wonderful staff Highly recommend
- Location, staff, and the hotel room lighting were great! Having the shower and toilet separate was a plus.
Cons -
- The hotel was dirty and smelled horrendous. The floors were a mess when we checked in, clearly indicating housekeeping does not clean them properly before or during. You have to call countless times for towels or any necessities, and then still wait hours
- Not in town center but we love to walk so - no problem.
- The timed lighting system kept automatically shutting the lights off after short periods of time and we had to switch rooms late at night. They gave us a complimentary breakfast but only for the next morning and we had plans that day so we missed it.
