Pros +
- Location only- this hotel is horrendous!!!!
- Room was great
- The location was great. The staff were very nice and friendly. The suites section was large and very nice/modern. The single room section was a little older but decent room. Tea/coffee provided.
Cons -
- I started keeping a list- I don?t think I should have to pay $--- for this atrocious hotel. 1. AC, TV & wifi did not work. 2. Shower did not drain. 3. Room was over a piano bar that was loud until 3am. 4. Room smelled like food from restaurants below
- Didn¿t like the shower. It¿s a wet room
- Our single room bathroom toilet was right next to the shower so we had to sit sideways on the toilet. The shower was very small. Anyone over 180 pounds would not have fit in the shower comfortably.

Location only- this hotel is horrendous!!!!

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We were there when it was quite warm for Edinburgh and they provided a fan in the room which was a real lifesaver as a/c is not the norm in the UK and Europe.
