need more choices for breakfast and some food were not replenished .

Great location, great breakfast and staff.

The transportation tram ran all night next to the room. Can be loud for light sleepers

“The property was very good, well maintained, and offered a comfortable and pleasant environment throughout our stay. The hotel is in an excellent location next to the Duomo, Via Torino, and many markets and shops

“The elevator makes loud noises, making it feel unsafe and quite scary to use.”

Location is great and the boutique feeling of the hotel and rooms is very charming. Excellent breakfast

The hotel was in a great location with stores and restaurants nearby. We were able to check in early which was appreciated given the long flight. The staff always greeted us and made us feel welcomed. Breakfast was at the attached restaurant and was great! We would gladly stay here again.

Everything!! location, staff, cleanliness , amenities.

The location was great. Centralized to the Duomo and a brief walk to The Last Supper. Very personable and helpful staff. Beautiful decore.

The towels some had strings hanging.

The staff and location were perfect, and everyone was incredibly friendly. Special thanks to Omema and Hussain for thoughtfully arranging a special occasion for my wife—it truly made our stay memorable.

Location is perfectStaff are friendlyVery clean and large rooms

A lot of construction around the hotel in August

Location, bathroom, design, cleanliness.

Small rooms, breakfast (except yogurt, salmon and bakery).

Location was amazing. The room was comfortable. Staff were nice and helpful.

A little smaller than I thought.

Only the location was good .

It wasn’t that much clean . There were a lot of ants in all around our room .

Beautiful hotel and ideal location. Quiet despite being in the heart of the city!

Our shower was not properly installed and after one minute in the shower our bathroom was soaked.

Amazing staff, great breakfast and beautiful room near the city center: no-brainer when looking for a very nice stay in the heart of Milan.

Beautiful interior and good room size with excellent amenities in the rooom

Noise of the metro and location

The location is close to the Duomo and that was nice. The staff was excellent and very attentive!

They have no public space for meeting, chatting or visiting with guests.

Neat room decor. Considered spacious, staff was accommodating, unbeatable location.

Infrastructure was a bit dated. Don’t stay on the top floor, the buildings air conditioning systems are loud and vibrate the room.

The location was amazing, close to many shops and the duomo area. The room was comfortable, had most of the amenities. I expected the size to be smaller but it was actually perfect and fit 3 large suitcases+ a carrier. What I loved the most is that they gave us a super quiet room given that we had especially requested for one.Breakfast was nice. Lastly, the staff was very friendly, helpful and reachable via WhatsApp.

The rooms was beautiful and very spacious. Also, it has the perfect location. The staff even decorated the room with balloons and gave us chocolates because it was my birthday. A simple and beautiful gesture.

Nothing. Everytjing was good.
