Large selection including eggs, bacon, yogurt, cheese, fruit, juice and coffee to name a few. Our waiter was extremely attentive and was kind enough to bring breakfast up to our daughter since she was under the whether.

We had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant and were extremely disappointed. Considering all the amazing dining opinions in Milan I would avoid this restaurant. Additionally, it is quite expensive as restaurants go in Italy. Dinner for two was 250 euros.

Big suites , nice bathroom, restaurant service and food was excellent.

Lights are very soft in rooms , difficult at night to control the lights because you need to insert the room card in a slot in order to have light….

The staff was amazingly helpful and courteous. They gave us recommendations, took care of our luggage and called us a taxi to go to the train station. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. There was a very nice bar/restaurant where we enjoyed some beverages. The staff there were incredibly nice and didn't know the next thing to do to help serve us. The location was also great, right in the heart of Milan and in walking distance to the Duomo and Sforza castle and many other attractions.

Hard to actually locate the hotel. Sign by road would be helpful if possible.

The hotel is in a PERFECT location! Central to many sites and restaurants. Some are only steps away. We ate breakfast everyday right across the street. Very convenient. We splurged on dinner in the restaurant in the hotel and it was a great dining experience. Food was excellent. If you need a cab, they will call one for you and you meet it right by the hotel. The staff will go above and beyond to help you. We will be recommending this hotel to friends and family!

The location is perfect as all attractions sites are kind of in walking distance. And there are multiple options of public transportation nearby. And special thanks to Maria Grazia and Thomas, they are both very helpful and professional.

Centrally located, clean, specious. They were kind enough to let us check-in the room a bit early, it was good after a long day of traveling. The staff were very helpful.

the security service description was different than the security service offered at the hotel. There are no 24/7 security service and the floors can be accessed from the stairs without a card.

The staff was amazing, from the reception to the cleaners, bell boys technicians all of the staff was helpful and welcoming and ready to help always. They would take the extra mile for your convenience and always welcomed with a smile. A place where you feel welcomed, definitely not our last time and will be recommended to friends and family.

This is a wonderful location for visitors to Milan’s Duomo area. The hotel has several bakeries and cafes in the same block and a pharmacy just across the street. A taxi stand is mere steps from the front door. Shopping on the next block. We enjoyed one breakfast during our stay and wished we had a dinner in the Argentinian restaurarant.The staff were so friendly and helpful- every single staff person we encountered. The room was very comfortable with a great shower in the bath. Free bottled water each day and nice tolietries in the bath.

The toilet is directly behind a bathroom door- probably logistically unavoidable but very awkward!
