Friendly staff. Everything was fine. Close to metro. Good shower

Big south face balcony to the inneryard. Quiet side, not noisy. Good bed and enough space on the room. Friendly staff.

There isn't fridge on the room.

Late check-in. Room had some complementary snacks and water.

Really noisy. Room was on the ground floor and next to reception. Loud chat started at 7:00am and no way to sleep.

Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They’re very welcoming. They greet you with snacks, fruit, complimentary water and disposable slippers. They room was clean and water and a/c worked perfectly fine.

No elevator. But we were on the first floor. The shower was too small.

Hotel Nizza is ideally located near the train station Milano Centrale. Reception open 24 hours, big and clean rooms, friendly staff.

Very nice clean and simple room. The family who runs the hotel was very kind! They left snack and water in the room. Always available and 24h check in possible. Perfect for a short stay!

The staff was very helpful and friendly, let me switch rooms to avoid the summer sun, leant me a converter for my electronics ect. The room had an urban charm that was good for me, room felt like it had history.

I got a very warm welcome from the very nice family that owns the hotel, they provide each room with fresh fruit and bottles of water! The balcony had an amazing view at the inside yard and it was very relaxing. The beds were very comfortable in comparison to some other hotels in the centre, pillows were very good aswell

Wi-fi could have been better. The lobby and my floor smelled of cigarette smoke and was unbearable at times,

The hotel is taken care by a Chinese family, they’re nice and tried their hardest to help with my requests. Also you can store luggage with them before check-in and after check-out.

Wifi was terrible, I was connected but speed was so slow I couldn’t even load Spotify music/check email. Hot water was inconsistent, whenever other rooms are using hot water (you can hear it clearly) you won’t be able to use it. Hot water pressure was bad too especially the sink. Certain lights don’t always work. And the WORST of all, apparently they have a curfew policy? Some friends were going to visit me at the hotel at night, around 1am. I went down to pick them up and found the main doors lock and the staff sleeping on the chair. It took my a while to wake him up so he could open the door for us and he refused to let my friends in saying “it’s late”. I could only quickly catch up outside the entrance and send them home, while the staff watched us behind the door.

Close to transit, good price, clean and comfortable room, and nice staff.

I called many times because we had to arrive after midnight and i wanted to make sure it was ok and no one answered the phone.

Price to hi for the property value, maybe because of Milan design week period of stay
