Room rate are expensive all in Milan,

The location is great - metro and tram are just around the corner so one can get off very quickly.The rooms are clean and sufficient in their outfitting.

An Irish pub just 10 meters away on the other side of the street with plenty of people outside until very late in the night - no way ton sleep with an open window.The room was too hot, no air conditioning and the fan delivered heated air.

The hotel stands out for its very good value for money. The cleanliness and breakfast are particularly commendable. The metro station is also 2 minutes away from the entrance.

The cleaning staff starts working in the hallways at 8.45-9:00 AM. It is difficult to keep sleeping because of the thin walls

Everyone was nice but the room was old and nothing special at all. Needs some renovation for sure

Close to the metro, cafes and restaurants in Porto Romano. Friendly staff, clean rooms and excellent breakfast and coffees.

Perfect location, we booked a small room which was perfect for us as we just wanted a base.Ideal metro link, lots of bars, restaurants everything you need. Staff great, really friendly and helpful.

if I had to put anything negative it would be that the small room would be ideal for one person if you and your partner are on the larger side you may struggle to manoeuvre around the room easily

Very nice and clean room. Small space for breakfast- but it was okay because the breakfast was very good. All fresh and good. Very nice coffee. 3 min. walk from the metro station.

The location and it was clean.

Because of the one man at the reception. He was very rude. He left my 6 years old child who was sleeping down at the lobby because her passport was in my husband who was comming later. I understand it's his kob but there is humanity too. And I was a client who had prepaid the room. My girl was so scared, she cried in the room and couldn't sleep. She was thembling.Because the man told me several times that he woul call the police if I don't give him the passport right now. I asked for only half an hour when my husband would bring it. I went to my husband, took the passport and get back to the hotel where my sleeping child was waiting with our friends. It's rediculous, really. In many hotels even in the 5* ones, the staff at the reception don't even want the passport of the kid. It was humiliating to treat me like a criminal. And he didn't even appologise when I gave him the passport.The rules are rules but I'm a client, and the client is first. Especially when there is a little child.It was my first and the last stay at this hotel.

A great hotel at a perfect location, away from tourist crowds but still just 10 min to Duomo and about 20 min to Central train station by metro. Metro station is right behind the corner. There are also some supermarkets, restaurants and bars around.Need to mention their breakfasts which I enjoyed a lot. A good variety of options and everything tastes just perfect.The stuff both at the front desk and at the bar are really welcome and kind. Staying here again for sure.

Staff was always very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and in a good location, close to the metro.

AC in the room couldve been a bit more powerful but did the job.

Breakfast was fresh nutritious well presented

In short: I highly recommend this place. It’s worth every cent and made our Milan visit even more enjoyable.

Staff were incredible. Breakfast was amazing. Good location close to train station.

Only negative was the room and bathroom were very small, tiny twin bed for solo.

Reception staff was very nice. Location wise I wouldn’t call it the very centre of Milan but still quite convenient as the metro station is right there. Overall pretty decent stay, nothing to complain about.

Modern Hotel, very friendly staff, perfect location near the metro. Very tasty croissants & nice breakfast overall.
