Pros +
- I did not like anything in this hotel.
- Room was spacious with basic amenities and kitchen utensils
- Staff was awesome. Air Conditioner worked like a champ!!!Plenty of hot water and shower pressure.Got a rental car for one day. Only €10 (if I remember correctly) to park inside their gated and locked lot. This is a huge plus if you have a rental car. The lot is right inside their hotel compound. 50 steps max from the front door. In-room kitchenette with everything we needed to cook and Moka Pot for coffee (buy your own grounds at store). Small fridge. Very convenient. Grocery store a couple blocks away. Easy walk to get what we needed. Vending machine in lobby for “fancier” coffee’s, espresso’s, latte’s. You’ll need Euro coins for that machine. Very nice Laundry mat is a 10 minute walk. Cleanest one Ive ever been in. 5 minute walk to the Tram 5 stop that will take you to Central Station. Across the street from the Tram stop is a great pastry / coffee shop. Highly recommended if you have a couple of minutes to grab something before the Tram gets there. We selected this location because it was close to friends. About an hour by tram / train to Duomo area. Location worked great for our purposes. Would use them again for sure.
Cons -
- It was an awful hotel experience.
- Bed mattress for the extra bed was not good/ was uneven. There is no one at reception between 9pm to 10am. Had ambiguities in confirming taxi for early morning ride to Malpensa airport as there was no one at reception to confirm Taxi booking. Overall Reception service was not welcoming and takes away the mental comfort right at the entry. Also you need to maintain 2 separate Keys- one for your room and another for entry gate. This is a burdensome experience for me as I was on a vacation but still to keep myself engaged with these smaller aspects. Also, corridor was full of smoke odour all the time and was not a pleasant experience as you walk to your room.
- Cleanness, very old rooms, dirty toilet bowl, bad housekeeping cleaning

Location and parking on site
Cleanness, very old rooms, dirty toilet bowl, bad housekeeping cleaning
Overall clean, had decent AC, had an elevator
The staff was really unresponsive before arrival. I booked the night before my arrival because I wanted to check in around 12pm. I kept messaging the staff on WhatsApp to notify them of this information and would get no response despite knowing they had seen my messages. I also got an email the actual day of my arrival saying that they would cancel my stay if I didn’t respond even though I had already messaged them so many times that I would be arriving the day after my scheduled check-in date. When we got there everything went smoothly and the staff was nice but that made the process a little stressful. The other caveat is that we thought the location was kind of challenging to get to using public transportation if you’re unfamiliar with the area. We paid for the train and later realized we had to take the tram instead. But we got used to public transport pretty quickly.
There was a place to stay.
Literal termites in the bed, bug bites everywhere due to it. Tried changing our rooms haphazardly. Not very polite.
Location
Dirty, dead bugs on the floor, not well maintained (bathroom sink not attached to the wall, hole in the interior door etc...)
Space, bed, and location
No facilities for food, drinks and coffee. There is only a vending machine.
Position and the staff is very helpful
It wasn’t the most clean
Thank goodness we had a bed (which seemed clean as long as you didn’t touch anything but the bed sheets), a bathroom, a balcony, and a warm room. There was also a very small kitchen with a fridge, a sink, a two-burner stove, and cabinets with plates. The room had a TV, but we didn’t even try using it.The location was relatively convenient, about a 5-7 minute walk from Argonne metro station.Unfortunately, that’s about all the positives I can mention about this hotel.
We arrived late at night and had to check in by ourselves since the reception operates only from 8 AM to 9 PM. If you need a late check-in, be sure to mention it in advance to receive entry instructions. However, they also require a photo of your credit card to charge the city tax upfront. They do not provide an invoice or a payment link—your only option is to send them your credit card details; otherwise, they threaten to withhold the check-in instructions, essentially leaving you without a room. Now, the real issues began once we got inside. There was no soap or shower gel in the bathroom—only empty, damaged dispensers drilled into the wall. After a long journey, we couldn’t even wash our hands, let alone take a shower. It was shocking. The WiFi QR code led to a non-existent, expired domain, meaning there was no internet at all.The room felt dirty—we found other people’s hair in the bathroom and even on the towels. Absolutely disgusting. The most bizarre and unpleasant surprise was the ventilation system. I hadn’t seen this mentioned in other reviews, but it was so loud and noisy that it felt like sleeping inside an old train wagon. It was impossible to ignore, making all three nights a complete disappointment. To be fair, when we asked for toiletries and WiFi access the next morning, both issues were resolved by midday. However, the overall experience was far from acceptable.
It is situated in a nice location, the neighbourhood was friendly, the building is nice, the room was OK for the price paid. Extra points as it has a kitchenette.
The room could be improved a little bit.
We chose 'smart check in' and we were allowed to come later than the office time which was great. Everything was instructed and clear. The apartment hotel rooms were clean and had a clean bath, bedroom and a tiny kitchen to cook small things. When you check out you are able to leave your luggage at their office and they organize it for you. The staff was amazing with everything. The only note is an older themed bedroom I would say.
Had a prompt, detailed, auto-translated response on booking.com regarding exactly how the late check-in process works. Sounds obvious, but my next booking involved a bunch of last-minute whatsapp messages and calls, feeding me the info one bit at a time in a confused jumble. The location itself is right in the middle of Milan, a two-minute walk to the metro or tram.
No air conditioning, no heating except for the bathroom. I mostly returned to the room only to sleep, but I imagine actually spending time there in the winter (or trying to sleep in the summer) is a nightmare.
Beautiful yard, comfy beds, very quiet
Size of the room, comfy bed, access to a kitchenette
the old and beaten feeling
good private parking for 10eurocomfortable bed
cleaning lady (hope it was the cleaning lady) woke us up via coming into the room at 9ambathtube is smallold fashioned room
Terrible
Dirty towels with holes in themMild in shower doorFaulty shower headPeople camping in lobby over night
Convenient parking. Room with space for table and chairs, small kitchenette.
Old fashioned furniture and well worn fittings.
Very good location, close to a metro station towards the city center. Friendly staff and clean facilities although ageing. Ideal for a 3-day stay in Milan.
Bad
the guy at the counter was bad mannered, offended me and my friends for not understanding what he was telling us. we don’t speak spanish but at least we can talk in English, since the landlord is running an hotel business he should at least be able to speak some words in English, but that seems to be beyond his capabilities. the place wasn’t really clean but that’s expected since it’s a low star hotel, but the bathroom constantly smelled like shit so it was really uncomfortable.
