Hotel Piacenza

Very friendly staff, easy checkin, clean room, comfortable bed, cute neighborhood, close to the airport and they'll call you a cab. 24 hour reception desk. Excellent for a short stay.

The room was oddly placed right off the breakfast area. It would have become uncomfortable staying for more than one night. Also, the a/c did not cool the room very well. I thought it was odd that we needed to leave the key with reception.

Staff very friendly and helpful, we felt welcome. Single room bed was wider than twin and comfortable. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice.

The hotel has no elevator. This was only a problem on arrival and departure as there are no rooms more than one flight of stairs up.

Really good location, 3 metro stops from the Duomo.Room was nice and clean, staff was very polite and helpful. Good breakfast.

Only complaint is that when you come later to breakfast, not all the food is available. More frequent replenishment of the food is necessary.

Fair priceReasonable locationFriendly staff

Poor breakfastSmallest room and bathroom I have ever seenNoisy outdoorsVery expensive parking, which is several streets away from the hotel

Localization, bed confort. Breakfast, staff so kind

No elevator. Small rooms

Staff was great, very helpful, always smiling. Very welcoming atmosphere. Great location. Decent breakfast, eg lactose free cappuccino. The hotel even offered bathroom slippers. Unexpected bonus:)

Room size a bit small but manageable.

The location and staff are very helpful, especially Luciano.. The room was clean every day.

The only thing is no iron and ironing board that we can use during our stay.

Good selection for breakfast, 24:7 receptionist available,

Walls are paper thin and you can hear what your neighbouring rooms are saying/doing.

Staff , location

Room to small .

Very friendly staff, very clean bathroom with good shower, only five mins walk from the metro, excellent coffee at breakfast

Not soundproof - you could hear other guests walking down the corridor late at night. Breakfast was a very basic buffet with no vegan options (even though we wrote in advance to say we were vegan) so we had fruit and plain toast with jam. There is no elevator - this was tricky with a baby and large suitcase. If the stay were cheaper I would have reviewed this higher but it didn't feel like good value for money.

The property is very well located and the staff was very nice , they offered us a parking place free of charge for 1 night. The rooms are very small and the bathrooms are a bit outdated and very small as well. The breakfast was very nice .. we liked it a lot!

Good location Good breakfast Free car park if space

Good position, silent and comfortable room, nice staff very willing to help

Breakfast buffet is ok for a three star hotel, could be nicely topped up by some still/sparkling water bottles

Very friendly staff. Location was fine for our purposes.Bathroom was small but looked modern.

Hard pillows !Also would have liked a hot option for breakfast

Location was good, overall it is normal hotel, breakfast is also ok.

Everything was fine except that description of the room was not correct. it was written 3 single beds and we got 1 double and one single beds. There was also a strange and unpleasant smell in the corridor.

great receptionists, always happy to help and recommend good local places to eat

Comfort of the room, kindness of the staff, buffet breakfast, location

Everything was good!

Very good location, staff is very friendly and support, breakfast was good and served with a very good caffe machine.

Staff, location, bed, bathroom, cleanliness, breakfast and price: amazing.

Being super picky, maybe I would change the white lights in the room. But apart from that, I wouldn’t change a thing. If I go back to Milan, I would repeat this accommodation.

Attentive staff. Clean and comfortable room. Decent breakfast.Convenient location. Close to Metro to Duomo and 10 mins walk to universityAffordable

Decor dated Small roomNo lifts. Only a problem if you have luggage.
