Old man at the reception was friendly and helpful but he doesnt speak English.

We heard noise from outside, even people climbing stairs was so loud from inside. Water was leaking in the bathroom from the windows. Room temperature was not in our control. AC was turned off during the night. Stay was not worth the money paid.

AC was auto, and there is no way for you to turn it on if you feel Hot, so you ended up waking up in the middle of the night sweating, without a fan or AC, and the only thing you can do is to wait until the AC turns on by itself.

Stay at this hotel just gave frustration and disappointment.

After check-in, we parked the car and took public transport to go out. When we came back, the entrance gate was locked from the inside and there was no other way in. No one answered our calls or opened the door. We were stuck outside in the dark, frustrated. Earlier, we also had an issue with the door not locking and tried knocking on the staff door—but no one responded. For the money we paid during a busy season, it was worth it at all.

Very convenient and cozy hotel.Thank you for receiving us at such a late hour, we very much appreciate it.Our stay was short but very comfortable.

It was clean, like in the pictures, staff was very friendly and free parking

Our room was on the street side and very noisy.Location is bit far from the center but in front of the hotel is train station and is not that bad.

I loved the room and we didn't have any kind of limit of hour to arrive (we even arrived passed midnight one day without any problem). In addition, the hotel staff was magnificent, the room was cleaner than my own house, and the bathroom was as clean as the room and had some shampoos and other details for free ❤️ (imho it should have at least 3 stars and it has one).

Some comments talked about the tram making too much noise, my room had the window facing directly to the tram, and we only noticed the vibrations of it. nothing important, we could even dream nicely without any problem (for your interest, tram service stops at 2:00, and from 00 to 02 it only passes from 30m to 30m).

For 1, maximum 2 day it is good to stay, perfect location near the tram station. The tram goes to the city. The room was clean, the owner was very kind. Free parking is useful.

Speaking only italian. Therefore we could not explain little requests. The heating was not able to turn on, and the heating turn on the owner if we went to the room only, was a bit cold after theatre. The bathroom door was noisy also, but we could not explain this. Even the room was clean the wall was wet, after 2 days our clothes were wet also. It is an old house. A bit noisy hotel but we thought it in advance.

The room and the bathroom were clean and spacious, it met our expectations.Staff was kind and the location is close to public transport. Since the tram is very close to the location, it is quite noisy, especially at night.

The prices were good, the location was easy to find and also easy to reach the center from it. The staff were helpful and tried to make you feel welcomed and fulfill your requests.

(It's not a general feedback but a suggestion to the property) I only stayed one night and the heater was working great, however at night it was shut down on its own and I couldn't find the remote control to open it again. I would suggest that every room should have the AC remote control available without request. Maybe it was an individual case or maybe it's not.

Private off street parking, 24 hour front desk, large rooms with comfortable beds, excellent value for money. The location isn’t central Milan but is on a tram line and has some nice restaurants and bars a short walk away.

Not very soundproofed, noise from the communal area and from the tram track outside.

Room has enough space and clean. Staff is friendly. Wifi connection is good. You can take free espresso from the reception. There is a market and tram stop nearby.

Cold for winter days. Reception can not speak a bit of English. Water leaking from bathroom after shower. Surface stays wet. In shower water gets cold and doesn’t gets warm sometimes. Sheets are not comfortable. It is far away from city centre (40-50 min) Neighbourhood is poor and weird.

The place is very clean and close to the metro and its price is reasonable.

The staff were so approachable and so kind. The place was clean. The location is good. No problems for transportation since it is near a train station and there is a tram stop nearby. A grocery store is also 2 mins walking distance from the hotel. Our stay was worth the value.

I liked that we survived, we could have not, given how cold it was the first night. The building has no central heating. The floors are frozen.AC does not have a remote control. There were 2 heaters for 4 rooms. The light went off twice while I was in the shower. Only good things is that it was clean and fairly new furniture. The host was trying to be friendly but he doesnt speak any English. Price is good for Milan, but still.

Clean and comfortable room , near to certosa train station that 10 minutes to city center by trian .

Room was very cold in the morning because they closing the heater.

The only positive aspect was that the owner was always present at the reception, which was helpful only because he had to open the door for us. Beyond that, his presence was unhelpful, as he did not speak English, only Italian, which made communication very difficult.If you want tea, the owner will provide a kettle and some tea bags, and there’s a shared coffee machine at the reception.

Our stay at this hotel was a major disappointment, and we would not recommend it. Our group stayed in three double rooms, and all of them were freezing when we arrived (temperatures were 16-19°C). Although each room had an AC unit, the owner controlled them, and despite our requests, he insisted the heating was on and gave us only one additional electric heater. It clearly wasn’t enough, and we spent the entire stay freezing. Occasionally, the ACs would heat the rooms to 22-23°C but were programmed to turn off at 3 a.m., leaving us cold in the middle of the night.To make matters worse, the electricity went out for five minutes on two separate evenings, and this happened while at least one person in our group was in the shower…Overall, this was a frustrating and uncomfortable experience. If you’re considering this hotel, think twice before booking.

Good value, free parking on premises, large room, very nice staff, close to tram stop

In December it was cold and our room was cold despite the heat being on. Pillows very hard. The hotel is right on a busy street and close to railroad tracks so it was rather noisy

Personnel was attentive to requests and needs. The room and the hotel are clean, organized and the prices were fair.

The welcome of the team at this hotel is genuine - it surpasses most, irrespective of price point.To feel clean safe secure and get a decent sleep must be high on everyone’s list. And if it is important to you, the WiFi did not miss a beat

Would have appreciated a fridge

Close to the heart of Milan and with free private parking. Room is also spacious.

No elevator ? but manageable because there is only 1 floor above and also parking is very near.
