- Very clean. The hostel¿s staff was so kind and ready to help. Towels furnished. Everything you need in a hostel with common spaces and even an area to work.
- Staff was very kind! Good price por value, very close to metro station.
- location: just few steps away from Pasteur station. Very accessible!Neighborhood: Lots of filipino restaurants, there's literally one in front of the hostelKitchen: huge and is open 24hrsWorking space: Available 8am-12mnStaff: friendly and approachable
Cons -
- Everything was great, they could just add some soap in the shower but that¿s a detail.
- My body was filled with bedbug bites. Other guest had same issue. Kitchen facility lacks basic proper cooking tools and utensils etc. washing sponge was very old. For hygienic reason should’ve replaced every week.
- Roommates: A queen(rommate1) always comes home late, 3am or 5am, and is not very sensitive with her boots noise, lights and phone calls. I happen to have another roommate(roomate2) who always tells everyone "noisy" even when its usual arranging stuff noise, or just me and another roommate consciously whispering to agree on closing the windows. So 1 roommate who finds everything noisy + noisy boots roommate was a crazy clash. Literally! They argued around 5am and was about to punch each other that made roommate2 left the room that early in the morning. Imagine waking up to that! Theres no reception at that time tho, we have to deal with it ourselves

Avoid at all costs. Got 30 bedbug bites and hostel staff was aware of the bed bug situation when I showed them during ch
I like that there are other spaces underground for relaxing rather than the bedroom so you can relax and eat downstairs and go for sleeping when you want and this way roommates do not interrupt each other. Also staff members are helpful and supportive. The older man from the staff always cleans and monitors the environment. I liked his enthusiasm toward the job.
I have stayed 2 time in this hostel.1st time in dorm of 4 beds and it was perfect.2nd time was in dorm of 6 beds, that was not perfect.Missing electricity sockets and bathroom making alot of noise. I will give it only 7 out of 10 for the dorm with 6 beds. And will give 9 for the dorm with 4 beds
Nothing Ever
It's so bad... I couldn't sleep at all. The place is not clean at all. I woke up at 4:30 in the middle of the night and found the damned insect biting me all over my body. It was hard for it to leave my clothes. I did the impossible to keep it away from my things and clothes as soon as I found this situation. I swear I ran away from the hostel at 5 in the morning and looked for another place... Please don't go there. Don't book at all.
• Excellent location near Milan’s main attractions.• Friendly and helpful staff, especially the hardworking man who keeps the kitchen and common areas clean.• Spacious kitchen and dining area.• Respectful and friendly guests—mostly students, workers, and travelers.
• The street outside can feel unsafe due to groups of suspicious people gathering in the evenings.• Some rooms need renovation.• Bathrooms require maintenance.• Kitchen lacks enough cooking and eating utensils.
Great staffNice sized lounge area.A full kitchen and laundry!
A bit hard to find. The bathrooms were pretty bad. No warm water for showers.
The staff was really nice. The hostel itself is not too far from the train station and in an area with a lot of good restaurants for fair prices.I really appreciated that I could stay around in the common areas and leave my bags before checking in.
I accidentally booked a bed in a female room, so when I got there, they made me pay an extra 8€ to change to a male room "because they're more expensive". Although the option grid on this app does show a difference between male and female room, it is at most 4€ even on the busiest/most expensive days. The city tax was more expensive than anticipated too.The bathroom locker didn't work. The bedside lamp was not working either.
The city of Milano asks for 5.5 € as a City tax for one night in a hostel !!!! It's just too much for one night in a hostel
Good location and nice staff
Six man dorm was awful. Definitely had bed bugs, I’ve got a lot of bites. Additionally the room smelled bad, musty, wrong. This smell lingered on clothes after I left the hostel, clothes I didn’t even wear but left in my bag. Had potential, but that room was terrible. Also why don’t you just include the price of sheets and linen in the booking price? So unwelcoming to show up and immediately pay for non complimentary bedding. Has anyone ever checked in and brought their own bedding? What do you think people are expecting to pay for, just the mattress? A mattress with bugs. Sorry, would strongly advise against this one

BedbugsThere is no curtain in the showerSuper small fridgeYou are being charged 2€ per day for your sheets and towelSockets are not working in some beds
I missed my train to Florence and needed a room to stay ASAP and this place was great for the location and the price! The staff was also very friendly
Sharing a room is difficult to coordinate things like restroom use.
The location is nice and is big
Two people working at the reception desk I met. One was very kind, but the other guy from Peru was very rude to me and very sarcastic. He works for customer service and he cannot me as mean as he was to me. I left this place with an unpleasant taste. There were bugs in the female bathroom.
Location was fine
The bathroom and the bed were dirty
there's a metro station (m1) right next to the hostel. there was an ac unit in the room, but you had to ask reception to turn it on
the beds are too small, i was on the bottom bunk bed and couldn't sit properly
Great hostel, staffs were super helpful. Facilitated were clean. Right beside the metro station. Overall a good stay
My stay in this establishment was exceptional. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are cleaned every day, so hygiene is on the top level. It's close to the metro and about 25 min walk to the nearest attractions in Milano. Right around the corner, you have a market for everything you need. In my opinion, this is a perfect choice. If I come back to Milano, I'll definitely stay here again.
