M20 Boutique Hotel

Great location, great shower, great bed, easy entry, clean, good storage area for luggage and stuff very close to the metro and only 4 stops to the central rail station.

TV only had Italian stations, would have been nice to have CNN or BBC news. Never anyone at the front desk if you had a question.

Great location, very central and quiet.

Reception staff not available when we needed, no lobby or restaurant facilities. No self checkout available. Tv remote didn’t work. Unable to adjust heating. Very basic amenities in the room. Expensive room rate.

I liked everything about this Property. The Stuff very kind, they clean everyday and the location Top.

location was very good, 3 minutes from all facilities including Duomo, at night a bit dark

Couldn't find hotel as access is thru gates into shopping arcade. Also street it was located on first impressions didn't look a good area.At night was concerning and getting back in to property was confusing as you had to use remote to get thru shopping arcade gates, then emote to open doors to access stairs/lift to hotel to use card to get in and then card to get in room.Basically it was a glorified AirBNB and wasn't a hotel as zero facilities.

I chose this hotel specifically because it offered “pay at the property.” After making the reservation, I was told that no one would be available at check-in and that I must pay in advance via a payment link. I tried more than five times, but the payment never worked. When I asked to cancel because of their own change of conditions and technical issues, they still demanded the full amount and said I would be charged as a no-show. This is extremely unprofessional and feels like a scam. Very bad experience and terrible customer service.

The confusing directions and the extremely rude and arrogant man to the right of the gold glass doors. What a disappointing way to enter and exit M20 - may I never see Him again!

The location was amazing. The room was up to an amazing standard. After being on a cruise ship, the spacious bedroom was a breath of fresh air and made us feel good. Also, I was surprised that there was a conditioner with the usual shampoo and body wash, and they were so good. The staff were lovely and helped us a lot.

The room view was not the best, but it was just one night's stay before having to catch a flight, so it was alright.The location of the hotel was not easy to find due to a lot of ongoing building and road work locally, but in the end, we managed.

I think the location was really unbeatable. A close walk to almost everywhere. It’s like a stone throw from duomo.

The bed was jelly soft. Like really soft. If you need a harder bed. Do avoid at all cost. Most of us had sore backs after The property is recommended for group. Not for single female travellers, I wouldn’t recommend. It can be rather quiet where it is.

No amenities There was not 24 hour concierge service as advertised. Only texting for info. If I knew that before, I would have stayed in a studio apt. I really wanted hotel services which wasn’t provided. I also was charged much more through booking.com than what the hotel offers. Poor value for what I receive. Fridge not refilled with water. Clothes just hanging on a rod in the room without a closet. No one to greet you when you enter the hotel. A little creepy going solo.

Hotel very close to Duomo, parking in public garage, staff very helpful, room clean. Everything convenient.

This is a small hotel located in the block of flats on the second floor. There is no any other facilities, no breakfast. But we expected that, therefore it was not a disappointment.
