Beautiful room, very comfortable and clean. The hotel is generally lovely and about a 10 min walk from the station and about a 5 min walk to the metro. Breakfast was good, nice spread and the coffee there was some of the nicest coffee I had in Milan.
Neighbourhood is nice, everything is ok (but nothing excellen), lobby area is pleasant, nice choice of books, metro is 5 minutes away
Not really 5-star property, our room door was not working as it should work, even though we informed the reception. Balcony door was also not working normally (you shouldn’t lock it completely, and balcony is easily approachable by anyone).Breakfast should be less basic for a 5-star property (when you stay more than one day you can’t change as offer is quite basic).
Had stolen items and staff...
DO NOT STAY. We had designer clothing and money stolen (when left at concierge and also in our room); and the staff were unhelpful. We made a police report and wanted to speak with the manager Jessica but she did not want to come out to face us at all. There are no cameras in the lobby and the hall of the rooms, so we have no way of finding who went in/ out. Do NOT recommend and will NOT stay again.
The spaciness of the room and the cleanliness. Staff at the breakfast was nice, the art was nice, but the other staff, at the reception, was a bit arrogant. The bathroom was outdated and small....
The arrogant staff and the outdated, small, bathroom. Also it took 3x to get some extra water...., all in all, these were the weak points.
Bed, room size, decor and furnishings, buffet breakfast, general area and proximity to station.
Bathroom flooring had some mould, reception staff smoking with door half open, and breakfast tiered tray with salmon etc was unnecessary.
Good location, very good size rooms, friendly staff
The restaurant was closed during a few nights, and the bar for 2 nights during our stay. Not possible to have a sandwich during the evening! For a 5 star, no admissible!!...
Very nice special hotel near the Central train station. Plenty of restaurants in the same street or very near. Personnel was friendly and professional.
Fabulous location. Staff were great. Great choice of decor
Leaking bathroom tap
I stayed in a junior suite and it was very spacious, good bathroom, big walk in wardrobe and everything super clean. Also had a little terrace which I didn’t know existed.very big bed and good amenities.
The welcome at the front desk was a little frosty - nice enough but for a “boutique hotel” it felt a bit corporate and not very personal. Lobby and hallways felt sterile, not welcoming but again nice enough. Missing that special something.
Not much, room was large, but so dark
Expensive Dark roomsNot very helpful reception
Location ,
No 24 room service. Close very early at 10 pm
the breakfast especially the staff was at the expectation but expensive
No control over maintenance
Lovely staff at breakfast and a large room with balcony
Loved that it was in a quiet side street but still close to walk everywhere. The room was huge and the bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was beautiful.
Nice common areas. Comfortable bed
Standard room was quite small and characterless for the price. Coffee machine in the room appeared to be broken, as we could not get it to work
We very much enjoyed our beautiful and spacious room, the wonderful service, the location in a lovely neighborhood with restaurants close by (and also very convenient to the train station) and overall, our entire experience staying here.
