Good location, clean, comfy rooms, good staff.

The shower cabin is a bit small.

Very helpfull staff, clean room, smart space for doing your own meal, close to Metro Loretto station, about 5 minutes walk

The curtain don't isolate the external light so well

My stay at the hotel was wonderful and very comfortable. The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Check-in was quick and smooth. There was also a complimentary coffee and biscuit corner.Special thanks to Mr. Waleed, the hotel manager, for his prompt response and outstanding service. He was always available and quick to attend to all our needs. He knew I was alone and told me that when he finished his shift, he would take me to some places. This statement alone deserves a ten out of ten. The hotel owners are very fortunate to have such a manager. Best regards.Thank you very much.

The host and staff were amazing very kind, welcoming, and always helpful. I was able to check in earlier than planned at 11:00 AM free of charge, which was a huge plus.Coffee and tea were available for free, and everything you might need was conveniently on site. The place was clean, tidy, and very well maintained.Overall, a great experience I would happily stay here again and definitely recommend it.

The privacy of the room with the bathroom and location

We got a unfortunate moment because I did the booking with digital card and the property needs the physical card to confirm the payment. That was the issue because I didn't have the amount for payment again at that moment. At the end we solved it but it was really bad moment during my trip. Other thing, the pillows and something's seems unfinished and no maintenance.

The location is very close from everything (Metro , supermarkets, shopping street and center station ) Housekeeping is every day cleaning and the hotel is very clean .Also free cafe n tea area in the hotel The services is vey high quality with friendly. The staff were lovely, their English was great and they helped me get my bags up and down the stairs each time.

Honestly I was really disappointed with this hotel. The photos online made it look much nicer than it was. I’m not sure what renovations they completed recently but nothing felt new. Overall as a solo traveller I felt quite uncomfortable here, the door wasn’t a proper heavy hotel door (more like a partition) so I was uneasy sleeping at night. The room wasn’t very clean and unfortunately the central heating couldn’t be turned off or adjusted so it was incredibly hot all night (the only option would be to leave the balcony door open but I wasn’t comfortable sleeping with an open door to the street). The pillow was super hard and lumpy, you did get a clean sheet but the doona didn’t have a cover so you just knew it hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly. It was also quite loud- you can hear everything in the corridors/downstairs etc. It really felt more like a private room in a hostel vs a hotel.

Easy check-in, friendly staff, free coffee and tea. Very comfortable bed, it was warm inside. Fast internet. Close to public transport and only 15 mins by walk from the main train station. You are getting a solid quality for the price. I could stay again.

I did not like the fact I had to pay extra 5 Euro as the city tax, while on the confirmation from Booking.com was mentioned the price includes all fees and taxes, which was not true. There is noise coming from the street caused by the traffic.

Stuff made me pay twice, once when i booked it online and once when we actually get there the man was very sarcastic when i told him i just had left the money i payed and used to spend it on my last day-when i get to there. he vas aggressive and told me i should refund it but there is still nothing on my card. btw hotel is very bad hard to sleep there.

Is says newly renovated but it does not looks like, the red carpet was quite stained and dirty

The hotel is well located, not far from the train station and metro.

A very warm blanket that was impossible to sleep under. Funny, but there was no corkscrew in the kitchen.

Location was close to the metro station. Things were enough for one night. Room and bathroom were clean.

Noise isolation was not good enough. Payment was confusing. First they gave the 'booking.com' payment back and took again by card. Looked suspicious.

The owner of the hotel was really friendly and accommodating, was happy to provide a plug adapter for my room and was constantly checking that everything was ok. The room was lovely, spacious and spotless, highly recommend staying

The location is amazing! In the city center near Corso Buenos Aires and only 2 minutes from the subwayThe restaurant near this hotel have a great italian menu, and the staff was very friendly during all the stay.I will come here again.

Near porta Venezia and metro Loreto shooping area also to the centrale area and trains, Lovely hotel cosy, very good italian restaurant next to the hotel try it too .recommend all experience
