This hotel does NOT have A/C as advertised. Staff doesn’t really care about guests concerns or needs.

Very friendly and helpful staff, very roomy and comfortable, good air conditioning, very large balcony. Very good breakfast.

Location is not the greatest.

It was messy and the A/C wasnt worked proprrly.

We stayed at the hotel for three nights in early April with my family, and we were truly pleased with our choice. We were accommodated in a spacious apartment with a large and comfortable bed, as well as a sofa bed for our son. From the moment we entered, we were happy with the amenities in the room – the bathtub was a lovely surprise that added a sense of comfort and relaxation. The apartment also had a fully equipped kitchenette with a sink, stove, fridge, and microwave, which was very convenient. We were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary bottles of water as a welcome drink. The terrace was spacious, and the presence of blinds in the room – something not often seen in hotel rooms – added extra comfort. There was also a small dining table with two chairs where we could enjoy a quick breakfast or lunch.I’d like to express special thanks and praise to Adrian – the staff member working the evening shift. He was exceptionally polite, courteous, and attentive. He went out of his way to make sure our stay was as pleasant and smooth as possible, taking into account all our preferences and needs. His professional and kind attitude truly stood out.Of course, there were a few minor things that could be improved. The water pressure in the bathroom was a bit low, although there was a second tap in the apartment that helped compensate for this. The lighting in the room could have been better – two of the lamps weren’t working, but we didn’t report it, so that was on us. The pillows were a bit too soft for our taste, and only one was provided, though again, we didn’t request an extra one, and we’re sure it would have been provided if we had.Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel left us with a great impression and lovely memories. We’d gladly return again in the future!

Amazing Staff & Peaceful AtmosphereI had an amazing stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a relaxing atmosphere.From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Their warm hospitality truly made a difference.The property itself is nice– clean, well-maintained, and set in a peaceful location. Close to the grocery shops and restaurants. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The food at the breakfast was also excellent, with a great selection of delicious meals and good coffee. Overall, my experience exceeded expectations, and I would definitely return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Nothing at all

It is an old hotel, photos on the site are not match the reality at all. Poor and not value for the money

Bed was comfortable, paintings in the room were nice for the ambiance. Breakfast was really good with many options.

There was a bit of a humidity smell in the room since the hotel is a little old.

I had a great experience. The room was comfortable, quiet, and very clean. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of delicious options. I also want to highlight the friendly and welcoming staff, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend it and will definitely return!

That was a place only for sleep

We bookeed three room for family but every room were at the different stairs

The value for money was good and the staff helpful and nice. The room was big, the soundproofing good and convenient to have a mini kitchen.

The neighborhood was not reassuring and was dirty. The pillows were very bad. It is definitely not a 4 stars hotel even though they are trying to make it welcoming.

The Staff were friendly and helpful, the process was smooth. Location was fine and the breakfast was good.

Moldy shower curtain and moldy tile grout. Old sunken mattresses and cheap quality pillows caused extreme back and neck pain for us.

Old furniture and services, very bad location - 10min walk to the metro but in a dark, somewhat neglected neighborhood without restaurants or shops. Parking was in a shared underground, difficult to get in and out. Not worth the price.

For 4 stat I pretend that I see a coffe machine in the room , I was there about 2 years ago and had one , but now the hotel removes all coffee machines , and the sofa bed was no good for sleeping , mattress springs gets you in your back , but staff are good

The room was lovely. It had everything you would except - shower gel, soap and shampoo. The room was cleaned everyday and fresh towels left. The staff where friendly and very helpful. The balcony was lovely. The breakfast was amazing

Good location, large rooms, friendly personel…

It was 29-30 C in my room the air conditioning worked only on 30% of it’s normal capacity. Very shamful that we payed 174 Eur per night and there is no air conditioning in this hotel and it is official policy of this hotel. Older people could die if there is 29-30C in the room after midnight.. Because of this I would downgrade this hotel on 2 stars not 4 stars! Very very disapointing at beggining of September it’s almost 30 C in the rooms at midnight. Worst sleep in any hotel in last 5 years. ??? They make fun of their guests like we are stupid idiots.
