An absolute flawless gem!

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Principe Di Savoia. The staff were amazing—friendly, professional, and always ready to help. We especially enjoyed the spa, which was relaxing and a perfect way to unwind after a day in the city. The location was also very good, making it easy to get around and explore Milano. Highly recommended for a comfortable and luxurious stay!

Helpful staff, beautiful facilities and building overall.

Spa and pool were underwhelming.Concierge service was unable, repeatedly, to help with several of our inquiries. Cleaning of the room was less than satisfactory.Room had a smell of humidity that Sind really go away during our stay.

Service, location and good gym.

Love this hotel and will return again. It’s a classic like where Audrey Hepburn or Cary Grant might stay on Christmas Holiday. The staff were great and there’s a complimentary shuttle that runs down the major thoroughfares. I enjoyed the spa, food, and bar. All top class under the Christmas lights.

Excellent service at arrival and throughout our stay. We are very pleased with the location and its comfortable room. The gym facility is very new in the hotel. We also tried the restaurant Acante, and totally enjoyed it. Everything we experienced with the hotel has been excellent and highly recommend it.

Beautiful old school hotel. Great rooms with very comfortable bedding, towels, slippers, robes. Everything is provided. Great gym!

They put out cake and wine in our room for my mum's birthday. They called us a taxi to pick us up from a location away from the hotel when we needed one. They provided a charger - They were all round great.

We stayed two nights at Hotel Principe di Savoia and had a very pleasant experience. The room was comfortable and spacious, with a large bathroom that added to the sense of comfort. The overall facilities were elegant and well maintained, and the staff provided excellent, attentive service throughout our stay. The hotel exudes timeless charm and sophistication, making it a lovely base for exploring Milan.

If there’s one area for improvement, the room was a bit dark and the bathroom, while large, felt slightly outdated. We also found breakfast to be good but somewhat pricey. We didn’t have a chance to try the spa or the pool, but overall, it was a very enjoyable and comfortable stay that met the high standards of the Dorchester Collection.

All good, but above all the service - incredibly kind, helpful and efficient with every request - and yummy room service!

The hotel is within walking distance of the train station and the major tourist attractions. The hotel is elegant and grand with an impressive lobby which was smaller than I had envsioned it. The view from the gymn/spa area was spectacular and I would highly recommend visiting this area. I enjoyed the pool and sauna which was not crowded . The spa staff were welcoming .

I thought it was overpriced for what we got. The room was overlooking the " courtyard " which was really the air conditioners that were so loud you could not open the windows because of the noise. We ate breakfast a la carte which was terrible in pricing but more importantly in taste. I would not recommend. The buffet looked better.

Clean - somewhat outdated

At $2000 AUD , had too ask for toothbrush but most importantly, no breakfast included .Poor value for money for a hotel of this standard

Terrible experience. When they sent me the final invoice, they arbitrarily added a €120 “service fee.”When I asked what it was, they said it could be removed if I didn’t want it.But why would they add a charge I never requested in the first place?If I hadn’t checked or questioned it, I would have ended up paying for something I didn’t agree to.It feels like a sneaky move to take advantage of customers. Be careful.

Second time staying here. We love the classic interior and overall vibe. Staff is very nice and attentive. Breakfast buffet is excellent — honestly the main reason we keep coming back. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

The only downside is the so-called “voluntary” 5% surcharge for staff that’s already added to the bill. Voluntary would be asking if you’d like to add something, not putting it on automatically. At ~€800-1000 a night, 5% is substantial. We didn’t have it removed because doing so in front of staff and other guests would have been embarrassing. This is unusual, especially since we’d been tipping staff throughout our stay. The hotel should have more empathy than to put guests in that position at checkout.

This was the hand down the best hotel we have ever stayed at - anywhere in the world! Exceptional rooms, customer service and amenities within the hotel. Food quality in both the restaurant and room service. The pool and gym were also excellent.

Excellent hotel with excellent staff, very friendly and warm. It's not my first time I stay at Principe Di Savoia and always feel this exceptional atmosphere. My favorite place in Milan. Breakfast is amazing.
