The staff was very nice and friendly

The location was very sketchy and the rooms were very old with no ac. The bathroom was very tiny and looked like it was very poorly put together. The price was way too high for the quality of the hotel.

Angela was very helpful as we arrived in the morning after taking a train to Milano Centrale. We were able to get in the room within an hour. Rooms are basic but comfortable and quite clean. Ground floor room has bars on the window but I appreciated this. The neighborhood is more 'working man' than upscale as it is only 4 blocks from the train station. We felt perfectly safe - no issues. The location is a 40 min walk from the Piazza del Duomo.There is no breakfast as part of the stay but they have some limited beverage availability. Lots of local coffee bars on almost every corner in the area with delicious pastries.

perhaps offering a small breakfast for convenience but there is so much in the area it's really not an issue....

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They clean the room every day.The hotel’s location is excellent—very close to metro stations, a tram stop, and Milano Centrale. There are also many shops and bakeries very close to the hotel.

The staff was pleasant. Easy location from train station for last minute stay.

Extremely loud outside, we did not sleep. The price was outrageous ($600+ for one night!) for the lack of amenities and bathroom that was not to building code. Pictures are deceiving as the rooms are small which is a misrepresentation. The size would not be a problem if the pictures were accurate.

It was nice and clean, the staff were really friendly and helpful. The location is great, just 10 mins walk from the central station. There are also many great restaurants around.

The bed mattress is really uncomfortable, and the noise cancellation is absent. You can hear your neighbours and people coming and leaving would wake me up sometimes.

Staff were very friendly and excellent in accommodating all needs e.g. helping to carry bags up the stairs, organising a kettle and taxi to airport. It is located only a 7 minute walk from the train station and there were lots of takeaway shops, bakeries etc in the near vicinity which was great.

The bed was only a double and it was too small for a 6'3" man. Shower cubicle (particularly the opening) was very small and there was no fridge in the room to keep milk.

Upon arrival my room bathroom smelled horrible. I was told it was vinegar used to clean. It definitely was not. There was mold in the bathroom. Everywhere that was easy to clean was clean, except mold around shower drain. The hard dirt and mold were in the hard to reach places that were easily visible, it scares me to think what I couldn’t see. Trust me, I didn’t look for it and didn’t want to know. The shower head was very low. My room looked nothing like the picture advertised. It was a single so I expected smaller, but not that small, the bed, supposed to be next to the wall, had to be at a small angle, it didn’t fit. The blankets on the bed were very old, the bottom sheet didn’t fit the bed. The small window with iron shutters, was very close to the wall next door. I felt the block the hotel was on was not great, neither did my taxi drivers, however, on both sides, it was very nice. Close to shops, restaurants, and all kinds of public transportation. Disclaimer, I never said anything to the front desk so they had no opportunity to fix things I mentioned above. The staff was always nice. Remember they have no elevator. Reception carried my suitcase up, above call of duty. There was a convention in town and getting a place was challenging. I paid more for that room than I paid for my oceanfront accommodations on Amalfi. I feel I was taken advantage of.

Only good about the hotel is the position 5 mins by foot to Milano Centrale or Corso Buenos Aires

The rooms are far worse than shown in the pictures, no amenities in the room, A/C not working, no soap, no remote for tv, no breakfast offered, no glasses/coffee machine/refrigerator/etc. in the room very narrow and insufficient parking space

Great friendly staff, great breakfast, good location close to the metro station.

The bed was a little bit small for me personally, the room was a little noisy. Other than that the hotel offers good value for money.

The hotel is very close to Milano Centrale, there are a lot of restaurants arond.The room is big and cleaned every day, the bathroom large enough, I think recently renovated.

The space behind the curtains was not cleaned and that was a bit sad because otherwise it would have been spotless.

I stayed here for one night and found the location excellent, just a short walk from the train station.The room was small but nicely designed.The staff was friendly, and the 24/7 reception was a plus.

My only issue was the shower curtain, which didn’t really keep the water in effectively.

The accommodation was a short distance from Milano Centrale station, which was the main reason we chose it. A short walk from the Lima metro station. Shops, restaurants nearby. Everything was clean, great staff. We only stayed one night.
