- Free buffet breakfast Nice decor Close to shopping area of corso Buenos
- Nice staff, decent breakfast..
- Beds were comfortable, and location is 8/10
Cons -
- The hotel staff was very rude. The shower is extremely small. Not enough space to move.
- Outdated room, concrete stiff mattress, room boiling hot, and very noisy.. had very little low quality sleep there..
- Reception, someone was really rude , Francesco and the girl were polite. Breakfast was cold, not refilled , hurried , really nothing to try italian. Cleaning staff , every morning would knock at 8am, and keep knocking until someone opened the door. On friday we slept in around 10, she started yelling at me and wanting to come clean even if i told her dont disturb. I thought it was a nice hotel, i dont reccomend to anyone!

staff welcoming
No isolation , breakfast so limited
Staff were friendly and super helpful. My room was lovely. Good aircon and the bonus of a little terrace. Breakfast was great, good variety and quality.
There was a buffet on i thought it was for a group. However, once I had eaten, i was told I could have had that. There was a notice in the lift, but it wasn't clear that it was free for everyone.
The place was well kept and very clean. The staff was really nice. The bathroom were updated and the room was spacious. It had a small twin bed and a Queen size bed.
Access to the train/metro was a little far but we knew it. The bus stop is about half block away so we walked from the hotel to the stop and then to the station.
Marcelo at reception was very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast and area was very impressive.
The hotel was nice and clean. Friendly staff.
Friendly staff and very clean rooms.
No tea and coffee facilities or free water in the room, but shops nearby.
The shower and towels were good
The decor was old fashioned and the breakfast was poor
Rooms where clean and break fast was really good,Specially receptionists was so kind and ale could able to book cab for us.Thanks
I did request connected rooms or next to each other as we have children can not stay away and the request was 5 weeks ahead and every few days reconfirm my request even 2 days before arrival and nothing happened the staff said sorry this is our best giving me 2 rooms away from each other.
Some staff not friendly the bath leaking
The breakfast was good. Cleaning service sas good. Close to subway. The rooms could be improved. They look old.
Really liked the location. Quick taxi ride to the Central Train Station. Close to lots of well priced restaurants.
Hotel rooms are spacious and very comfortable and you get the sense that you get “more room” for the money you have paid for. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom huge! (Although a little bit cold). I wouldn’t say that it’s close to the city center and is approximately ten minutes’ walk from the closest metro station (Loreto) which can be real drag if it’s raining all the time as it did when I visited Milan (and it’s raining very often in Milan). But I guess that’s what makes the Hotel cost-effective. Hotels are very expensive in Milan but this one is ok for the money you pay. And the Milan metro system is great so from Loreto you can practically go everywhere.
For the size of the Hotel, I expected a better breakfast which I can say was mediocre, at best. Also the Wi-Fi was very poor. I had to use my mobile phone as mobile hotspot to work the few times I needed it. Finally, the bathroom was sort of cold (I can’t remember if there weren’t any heating devices or simply they didn’t work, but take that into consideration if you plan to visit Milan in the winter).
Uh, I really liked a lot of it. I have to admit that this is my second visit to Milan, in the previous visit I had a very bad experience with the apartment. But this time the Lombardia hotel as a choice was a hit! The staff, the reception staff and the super-friendly cystatics are excellent! The staff is ready to answer any question with very good instructions. The bed is very comfortable, even my partner, who has a lot of sleeping problems, was delighted with the comfort of the bed. The room is more than spacious, and the cleanliness is superb! Abundant breakfast, a large selection of food! The location is also very good, we found the hotel and parking very easily by car, and the metro is about a 10-minute walk away. All in all fantastic!
if you prepare for walking it was perfect, 10min to subway, 20min to central stationbreakfast ok, many things to choose, but nothing new
small room
The atrium looked OK. I guees at some point in world history when people were farmers who slept on land this was inedeed a 4 star hotel. Coffee was OK.
The beds are terrible, showers too. Breakfast is a disaster, even for Italy standards. Service takes better care of the toster than of their guests. This could be a 4 star hotel only in Rohan, nowhere else.
Good location, close to the center and the bus station. The breakfast was tasty and varied.
