Excellent location!!!! Great spot if your any to walk around anytime

The direction going to hotel . Took a long walk before locating the hotel . Should post direction to get to hotel ... I felt like was entering a giant maze on my arrival in Venice .after ongoing my bearing ... it was so much easy ..

The receptionist was going to charge us 10 euros more than the amount, then I showed her the email to confirm And then she charge 10 euros to keep the bag there , never happened to me charging to keel our luggage as we arrive before the check in time

The water in the bathroom was dirty and it was impossible to take a good shower.Gardami, the water was completely flowing onto the floor.The hair dryer didn't work.I asked the staff twice to give me an extra hairdryer but to no avail.There are irresponsible staff, the lights on the stairs are not working, I do not recommend:

The location is ideal, the rooms are a bit tired, but the bed is comfortable, and both room and bathroom were very clean.

we paid city tax two times and nobody wants to gives our money back, there are scammers and very rude.

There was a difference between amount of money displayed during booking and actual amount I’ve paid at hotel counter. The room was dirty with old damaged furniture and general light malfunction and air condition

We stayed on the first floor and it was pretty noisy.The doors are like in an apartment.You hear every step made in the hallway or reception.The bed seemed clean.We only stayed one night so it was ok.The furniture is very old and used.

the room was clean.the water in the bathroom is strong and that's good.the bathroom is good, only the door is a bit annoying.

I am not used to 2 stars hotel but I could not find anything else because of NY. However I can't compare to any of 2 star hotels since I have not been in one.Things to enhance:- The bed is not comfortable at all (I had pain when I left). The sofa must be changed and checked.- I heard noises at 11 pm. I hope that the staff do not clean at night if guests are sleeping.- Check out at 10 is so early, I hope to extend the time.- They ask me to give the key. I wish if this is optional. I am not sure it is, cause I had trust issues and expensive things in my bag as my laptop etc.. It is a nice thing to keep the key but I hope they make it not mandatory.- Lack of caps in the room.- Walls are not thick so I could hear everything outside the room- We are 2 person and the cover is small.

We get room next to the reception (101), so we heard everything, every call, message, questions from other people... everyone who was coming in and out...whole night long. I asked for other room but was no option.

1) the central location of hotel near to public transport.

1) the breakfast that’s should be included - isn’t. (we paid for the hotel with included breakfast but they offer just coffee) 2)at the arrival we had to pay for additional taxes which are not included on the website.3)the price was exaggerated for a hotel with 2 stars. 4) they should learn how to prepare aperol spritz (we asked for an cocktail and the guy just gave us aperol in some glasses without prosseco and any ice or soda)

the location is quite convenient, just 5min walk from the metro stop, the staff is nice friendly and always available for all kind of questions, and the room is really cozy and warm with private bathroom, great for couples. Highly recommended, nice price with good quality! definitely would come back again!

because of the covid, we can’t have breakfast here, it was a shame, but inside the hotel, the decorations are quite good. and with a nice garden behind.

TERRIBLE HOTEL, THE LADY AT RECEPTION DOES NOT SPEAK ENGLISH, AT ALL...SUPER COLD ROOMS, SUPER COLD WATER (IMPOSSIBLE TO USE THE SHOWER IF YOU ARE NOT A POLAR BEAR)
