So lovely. After traveling overnight, it was so awesome to sleep in a comfortable bed. The staff went above and beyond, and the restaurant was amazing.
The AC wasn’t working properly so they switched our room

Very quick check-in process with extremely helpful staff. Good location in walking distance from Gae Aulenti and Corso Como. The room was particularly comfortable and spacious, with a nice view on the neighbourhood and the Milan skyline
Our stay was great! As a small suggestion for improvement, it would be great to have more tea options in the bedroom besides just 3 teabags (which were only 1 per type)

Low level of service, poor maintenance of the hotel facilities, and the room is not maintained and full of defects. The rooms are not cleaned unless specifically requested, (we didn't leave the "do not disturb" sign on) , and the condition of the parking lot is very bad .

My 1 night stay just to attend a show at the Alcatraz Venue (10 min. Walk) might not be the most helpful, yet here it is.I arrived way earlier than the check in time (around 10:30am vs. the 3pm check in time). I waited until around midday and when I asked about the room, they were kind enough to upgrade my room at no cost so I could check in earlier.The room was spacious and really nice. The bed was comfortable as well as the bathroom, with both a shower and a bathtub.Didn’t get the opportunity to try their breakfast as my flight was leaving early the next day, but from what I had seen when I arrived, it looked really good.
The only downside is the location as it’s kind of industrial and close to the train rails, so not the best views but since I especifically chose it due to being close to the venue, I cannot complain.
