CSI Group - Hotel Central Station

Besides the central location, they also have a small kitchen area where one can microwave food and sit down at table to eat. This was a positive factor for me.

Like all hostels, guests tend to arrive very late at times. One such guest, who was booked into our room, checked in at 2.30 a.m. The resulting disturbance ruined my sleep. Otherwise, I slept fine and had no complaints about the washing facilities.

location to train station, friendly staff and helpful with luggage storage

small bathroom

I only stayed one night and it was located next to Centrale so it was convenient. I like the free coffee.

The stairs before the lift. Only about 4 steps but when you have very big luggage, it’s inconvenient

The hotel has a perfect location, right in front of Milano Centrale Station and the airport bus station. The room was comfortable and very clean. There was a kettle in the room, and the interior looks new and modern. They also allowed early check-in (if room available) which was very helpful

The elevator was small and a bit old-fashioned.

A spacious room, a kettle in the room, quiet in spite of close location to the central station, new and clean.

Nothing at all

Near to the central station.. it’s a hotel in a floor in an old building but clean and modern

The location across the street from the Central Train Station and the bus pick up area in Milan. We needed to get the bus to the airport at 5:00 am so it was.a perfect location for us to do this.

Liked everything.

Perfect for what I needed - a 1-night stay next to the train station. Clean room, comfortable beds. I was able to check in earlier, which was great.

The location is excellent, very close to the central station with numerous restaurants nearby. The staff were kind and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable.

Nothing I liked staying there ?? great place

The rooms are very clean and comfy. The receptionists are very nice and willing to help. I loved the place.

It was very well located since we were boarding the train the next morning. It was clean and things worked in the room.

It was hard to find a place to park and offload luggage. It did have a lift, but was small, old, and a bit hard to use. They did offer a breakfast at an additional cost and it was adequate but not outstanding.

Close to the station

Things were dirty and the staff as a little rude.

Breakfast was great, staff was very friendly, location was very convenient, hotel was very clean, room was comfortable and furniture seemed new.

Nada

Room was spacious and comfortable.

There was no hot water from time to time.

Great location next to the train station. Clean and comfortable.

Small elevator for luggage but that is pretty minor.

Close to the station, restaurants and groceries

Only 1 pilllow per person

The location and room size.

The room and the bathroom had a horrible smell and the AC wasn't working that well.

Right across the street from train station and took shuttle from airport left us in front of hotel.
