    Pros +

    • Disgusting hotel, don’t come here
    • Bad
    • Our room was well proportioned, comfy and beautifully clean. Hotel quite out of town but a couple of minutes from bus stop which runs every ten minutes. Great pizzas at La REgina next door. Well stocked bar and helpful staff.

    Cons -

    • Do NOT come to this hotel! We checked in at the hotel for a single night. The receptionist gave us our key. The hotel said it included parking, but when we arrived they told us we had to pay extra for private parking, which led us to parking right next to the road. We then went to our hotel room. The place was DISGUSTING! Bed bugs, ants, spiders, other insects and bugs, the beds weren’t cleaned at all and it was full of hair, the shower was disgusting, and everything else was horrid. The room was way too hot as they left the heater on. When we complained about the cleanliness, the receptionist just brushed it off and told us we were exaggerating. Through the night, the three of us couldn’t sleep at all. We heard people talking and walking all the time. We paid extra for breakfast at the hotel. When we came in the morning for breakfast, they told us we didn’t have breakfast included (but we paid extra for breakfast), and they left us with no breakfast at all. We showed them that we paid extra for breakfast but they told us no. Don’t come here!! Bad staff, disgusting rooms, and everything else was bad!
    • The toilet is leaking and making a lot of noise, so I can't sleep all night.
    • Breakfast not included but only €8. However, Breakfast Room rather cold with automatic doors. Would have liked healthier choices perhaps non- sugared cereal, simpler pastries and more fresh fruit. Boiled eggs were a welcome addition.

Good for transit one day stay. Have their own safe parking spot but you have to pay.

A little too in the outskirts. You really need a car to move about into Milan.Facilities below average. It is a two star hotel.

    Staff were friendly

Table was broken, drawer underneath. The floor was cracked: tiles. Bed had hairs on it that weren’t mine. Neighbours and staff were nosey in evenings/nightime: can hear the water flowing in pipes in wall loudly

The heater was on point, at some point we needed to open the window even with the heater off it was hot so very good. But then the window opened on the entry way so we couldnt open it well.

The doorknob was broken, it was taking off it was risky. The bathroom the floor near the wc and bidet was dirty. The drawer of the desk was broken. The room was VERY small the picture wasn't accurate. The bar didnt have no Latte macchiato, no ginseng, no hot chocolate even if in the list on the desk was present. I also requested for additional pillow and requested also at the reception again, but nothing. The room had thin doors and you could hear EVEYTHING. All in all we paid 50 for 2 nights per head so we can't complain. We had what we paid for. For a 2 star was so so.

Overall it was good, had all the necessary facilities, heating was ok, staff was nice, a bit far from center but still good since it was near the stadium.

When I wanted to upgrade from a Double Room to a Triple Room, (because we had one more person added to the travel), they said I needed to pay 50 euros extra, so in total around 100 euros, for a triple room, which on booking was only 65 euros. Note that I contacted them for this 1 month before.Instead, since I had already booked a non-refundable room, I had to book another double room for one person.Normally, if you want to have a good reputation for the hotel, at least you need to try the bare minimum; at least not give the worst rooms first. It is a good hotel, but they could do better.

Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly

Room is quite dated, small beds, holes in the wall, one charging point, thin doors and walls.

    1CamilaPosted on: 11-11-2025

    Absolutely nothing

Bed bugs, loud noise from the other rooms, heater completely not functional. Dirty everywhere. Just find another place. Completely different from the pictures.

    Horrid.

Nowhere near the San Siro.Dirty & dilapidated.Room far too hot (had to open window to cool down).I was happy to leave.Much too expensive for what was on offer!

Not clean room and bathroom.also I had to pay extra money for car parking.very bad place

The hotel has access to their own parking space which is really comfortable when you visit Milan by car. On our stay at the hotel the breakfast has not provided such a great diversity on foods but it was completely fine for a good start in the new day.

In our bathroom there were severale places witch some sort of dirt and fluid which was a little bit disguisting. The room its self with the bed instead was pretty clean and well mentained.

Very basic but the staff is very nice. Good breakfast included and has air conditioning self controlled. It’s an older hotel but within bus route to M1 metro.

We booked during a Convention at Rho and did not know about that. It made the rate triple

    10YuriiPosted on: 8-24-2025

Administration of hotel was very friendly and welcoming. They met us and treated us to treats.

    2ChristophePosted on: 8-22-2025

    Very poor

Poorly insulated: noise from the street and the lobby made it to the room.Toilet flush was constantly leaking. Generally average condition and cleanness.Communications from hotel to us via booking wasn't clear (ie parking was stated as available but it cost 15 euros; emphasis that 3-y old was welcome for free in the family room, but no mention that no bed or mattrass would be provided for them)

    8ImogenPosted on: 8-13-2025

The property was good and had great air con. Staff were super friendly which made our stay more enjoyable. Good location to the bus stops to get into the centre and the bathroom was great with good water pressure for the shower. We really enjoyed our stay and was very satisfied considering the price of the hotel.

Only thing to discredit it would be the bed as the matress was very hard and pillows very thin, other than that it is great value for the money.

There is such a good personnel. All workers here are really positive and welcoming. Our room had own bathroom, toiletries, a wardrobe with hangers, a desk and some shelves for our stuff. That’s a nice price/quality balance offer.

Breakfast was fair. Public transportation was around the corner. The one nearby restaurant next door,(pizza) was fair.

A bit remote, but easy to reach by bus, to metro
