Its location is close to central station.

Shower and room were like from 1960s. No renovation done for really long time. This hotel was too expensive(nearly---Euro/room) for the quality. Do not recommend it.

I was very disappointed, this was mis-sold as comparable to the Hilto or Hyatt

Good location. Breakfast was ok and staff is really friendly. Room isn't small. There was kettle in the room.

Loud outside till the late night, so for people who like sleep with opened window - it is not an option.Hard smell of cigarettes in the hall ((Hope, one day rooms will get proper renovations.

I was pleasantly surprised by the room. It was very spacious and even included a balcony overlooking the circle! There were a some decent restaurants nearby, and was within walking distance from the centrale train station. I liked that there was a refrigerator for my leftovers from dinner.

The breakfast was an extra cost. It wasn't a bad breakfast, but I'm not sure it was worth the extra cost. The elevator was a little slow.

Staff is rude, they charge a lot of additional charges and if you show them that you already paid trough booking, they start yelling.i had to pay EURO 460 extra They can't provide prove of payment for the additional charges because there printer does not work.I emailed the property for an prove of payment, they never replied.i had to wait almost 30 minutes to check out because they can't work with there system

Great compromise to be at a walking distance from the different train stations and the city center while enjoying calm at night. The hotel is always next to all common amenities. And the personal will help you with any question you have. Plus, they can keep your luggage after checkout if you need.

The blind in our room was not working, which can be problematic if you don’t wake up early.

I hadn't realised that there are 2 electrical plug sizes in Italy. The sockets by the bed take smaller pins than the standard European ones. My bad for not checking. The 2 at the desk take standard euro plugs.

The best part of breakfast was that we could ask for any coffee we wanted. The rest of breakfast was okay, but it had too many carbohydrates. The location was great, close enough to the train station and bus shuttles to the airport, Our room was taking care well, the bed was comfortable.

The walls were fragile, we could hear the next door people late at night.

i would suggest to add a shower head holder higher than the one they have. it’s hard for tall women to wash their hair.

Good and comfortable room, excellent breakfast, especially the coffee. Nice, helpful and friendly staff, both reception and breakfast.

Very weak WiFi and even mobile data coverage in the room. Impossible to access internet from the room.

The location was perfect within a short walking distance of the train station. The room was spotless , spacious and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast has a good selection to choose from. Staff were all really friendly.

The shutters being closed down after the room had been cleaned, couldn’t find how to open them . I could have asked for them to be open but didn’t as we weren’t spending a lot of time in the room. I just thought it was a bit strange.

The walls are paper thin and you cannot sleep if your neighbors are talking. This is the major flaw of the hotel.

This hotel is a dirty , very smoky ( even in the rooms ) and unsafe place with the most rude and unhelpful reception man. I booked as my flight was cancelled the closest to the central station . Don’t repeat my mistake , they even refused to call taxi in the middle of the night to go to another hotel despite I was with a little girl and she was afraid to stay there . Stay away . Look at the real photos . Rooms are disgusting, the facade in totally under construction.

It was a little bit far away from the major site seeing in the city. But with a tramp isn’t so bad.
