Too hot

- comfortable bed and pillow- room facing courtyard- own bathroom (which is rare in Italy for budget accommodation!)- clean- 24hr reception

Noise from the reception area (loud chatting of the staff), cleaners starting early and very noisy water pipes.

Very nice staff , helpful, i kept my luggage for 2 days and traveled to another city; thank you so much for your support and help..

All perfect, just need elevator

The staff was amazing, the internet was good (after I connected to the right network), water pressure in the shared bathroom was great. The room was quiet, very clean, and the bed was firm but I personally found it very restful.I’d be happy to stay here again, my new favorite place to stay in Milan.

Thin walls, you can hear the others from neighbor rooms.

The bed in the room was taking most of the space and I couldn't move around easily.

A really modest room but clean and comfortable. Close to the Metro and tram stations. Kids playground nearby. A nice cafe with an English speaking employee near the playground (and Metro station).

No kettle or refrigerator in the room. No elevator. Small shower cabin.

The price is decent, and the location isn't bad considering I managed to walk from the hotel to the Duomo and back without any trouble.

The bed was uncomfortable, difficult to get any sleep. And the walls being paper thin did not help.

No slippers, no ironing, no fridge. Otherwise perfect.

Location and cleanness

The internet connection was very poor. I mostly had to rely on my limited mobile data. Another issue that bothered me the most was that the shower gel and shampoo in the bathrooms were only provided in a 20ml bottle per day. If you're a backpacker and don't carry your own shower gel and shampoo, and if you need to take more than one shower a day, you will have to share it quite a lot! Otherwise, you may have to wait until the next day to get body and hair shampoo...

Hotel was very close to metro and city centre. It was clean but nothing special.

The walls are paper thin. Guests next to us were awake at 6am and unfortunately for us it meant we were too.

Excellent location close enough to walk into central Milan and with good public transport. The staff were very helpful.

No kettle in room :// but they gave us hot water from the kitchen whenever we asked for

The employees are great , great location near bussed and trains like 2-6 minutes walking so you get everywhere by the train which is so near by.. the room was clean , warm and the beds were comfy.. the employee in the lobby always made sure im comfortable also its safe alot !

Its perfect for the price you pay in milan

Location, price (the centre of the city). Undeground is three minutes walk away. The tram stop to the center of Milan is also nearby. I walked to the Duomo in 35 minutes through a beautiful park and palace.

Check out in 10.30 am. It is so early.

Hotel is located in very good and safe part of the town, close to the city center and public transport.

The receptionist was friendly and welcoming, and the location is in a good neighborhood.

It smelled like cigarettes even though smoking was not allowed.

The staff were amazing, as well as the location. Metro station is a 2 minute walk.

The sound isolation was an inconvenience for us. You can hear everything from inside the building as well as outside. Also, don’t expect any amenities besides the absolute minimum. I guess you get what you pay.

Location was fairly close to two metro stations and there is several restaurants and bars nearby if you need food or a late dinner near the hotel.

The location was close to two metro stations. However I arrived the same day as a metro strike (which I understand is fairly common in Italy) and so I also learned the location was quite a walk to the main areas I wanted to visit, since the metro stopped and the buses and trams weren’t functioning well at all. Bed was also a little hard, and I usually sleep on a firm mattress.
