Location, very friendly staff.

Shared bathrooms, which was not clear from the listing, and no parking.

It's very cozy, and the staff is so friendly. The place is clean and in a perfect location.

The location is very convenient for any visitors from Bergamo and Linate Airport, the staff were really great especially the manager Donna and employee Fernando. Because of availability we were offered an upgrade on our room with a private bathroom. Any issues were swiftly resolved which appropriate action. The value for money is great considering the price of the stay included the city tax. They do also have budget rooms for youngsters and backpackers if you are with family I would recommend an upgraded room. We were speculative as past reviews were not great but under the new owner we have a pleasant stay

Worse experience of my life

I didn’t like a single thing about this property. This was the worst place I have ever stayed. My children and I felt unsafe the entire time. We were required to share a bathroom with other guests on the floor, and when my 10-year-old daughter and I tried to use it, we were unable to enter because there were multiple people inside engaging in sexual activity.We immediately ran back to our room and called the front desk to complain. When the front desk employee arrived, he knocked on the bathroom door and clearly heard what was happening, but instead of taking appropriate action, he laughed and told me to take my daughter to the bathroom downstairs.Additionally, guests in a nearby room were partying loudly throughout the night. At around 3:00 a.m., there was a very loud crash when the toilet was broken. After that, my children and I were unable to sleep, and we ultimately left the property at 5:00 a.m.

The staff were extremely helpful and kind. They went above and beyond to assist me when my phone was stolen near the Duomo. They supported me step by step, helped me understand what to do, and made me feel calm and safe in a very stressful situation. Their genuine care and professionalism truly made a difference and turned my stay into a great experience. I am very grateful for their help and highly recommend this hotel.

Great stay overall. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The location is convenient and well connected, and the staff were polite and helpful. I felt relaxed and comfortable throughout my stay and would gladly come back again.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well organized. The bed was cozy and I slept very well during my stay.The staff were friendly, helpful, and always available when needed. The location is excellent, close to public transportation and important places in Milan, which made moving around very easy.Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing experience, and I would definitely choose this hotel again and recommend it to others.

The reception boy was very kind.

I reserve a room with queen bed. They give us bed on a two levels. There were crockpots. The bathroom was very dirty.

Unfortunately, the sheets had not been changed and were in poor condition. They offered to change the sheets because they had a technical problem with the cleaning service. I refused because it was late and I had to get up very early, and I couldn't imagine being assigned a room in that condition. I decided to sleep in a cot in the room. No excuse is plausible, and it should not be the customer's responsibility. I would add that there was no soap in the shower or sinks, confirming the idea that no one had tidied the room before my arrival. Paying €109/for night for a room with tidiness and cleanliness issues is unacceptable. It would have been more correct and honest to offer a partial or full refund. No refund was offered in any way.

Location is good, safety is good

The staff that night DID NOT seem to know what they were doing. the room was not prepared! There were no blankets, no tissue paper. The room is very small and the bathroom is cramped. The staff even told us to buy toilet paper, and get the blankets ourselves.

Was a bad place not cleaning a badly damaged. Was cold .. smells , …

Big disappointment

Unfortunately, the bathroom was very dirty. Mess on floor. Too loud. Little privacy and also pictures don't match to the actual look of the room (it's way more messy than on pictures)

I loved this property. I actually had a lot more privacy than i expected as not many people booked on the same day that i did and i had so much privacy with still paying the same price. The staff were super accommodating and really really friendly. They helped me so much when i arrived late and I was able to leave my stuff with them at the reception without having to check into my room. It was very comfortable and i was so happy with the customer service would definitely come here again! I had so many lovely chats with the staff and the guests everyone was so kind! The staff even gave me suggestions on where to go in Milan and there was a supermarket right across which was very convenient. It’s also pretty simple to travel into Duamo from this hotel it’s an excellent location which was very helpful as a solo traveller. It’s also in a gated community which feels safer. Would definitely recommend!

It’s not very modern but perfect for a budget trip!

Horrible property condition

This hotel was a terrible place to sleep—very uncomfortable overall. The bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned and there was hair in the sink. The two-story bed was unsafe, as the stairs were loose and the screws were sticking out. Although the hotel was advertised as having air conditioning included in the price, I was told at reception that I needed to pay an extra 7 euros for the remote.

Very nice location and easy to get to. The staff were super nice and gave us recommendations for the city and food as well.
